Waiting for it to happen. The change that seems easy on paper but in reality takes the most work. I ponder and contemplate. Thinking of reasons to stop. These thoughts of regret and constant need of validation flood in. Like someone opened the casket that blocked the flow of water that became polluted.


These waters which was once pure never really was closed off. Filters & common sense was developed in order to form what is. Like a fish tank the water is clean as in the animals that inhabit it. Over time influences change the form and signs of the unclean are shown. Like most things you clean them.

Like thoughts our minds goes beyond what's on the surface. Thinking of anything & everything imaginable. The highs & lows of situations & curiosity. A flux of sounds and euphoria intertwine where the thoughts conceptualize.


You sort out what is real & what isn't. Reality comes by to assist you & sometimes you ignore because what isn't reality feels better. Feeling lighter than air as your mind wonders in an endless wave of emotions.

Thoughts can manifest into things unwanted. Desires & fantasies cultivate the mind & imagination begins to explore the what if. The feeling inside creeps up. Our thoughts battling with our conscience to express those ideas until one is victorious & we either blur it out as if ready to explode or lose the will & care to release it out into the world.

In times of boredom the mind wanders. Nowadays there is distractions for our mind to distract us from the silence of being surround by "nothing". In times of stress silence can be useful to cultivate & center the person as in meditation & yoga. Listening to our inner self while bringing focus to how our body reacts. From how your body moves to how it breathes we learn to channel our inner potential thus finding balance.

Our thoughts are neither good nor evil but simply are just thoughts. Our reactions & perspectives determines how we categorize & express these thoughts. A random idea that manifest only to distract us from the actual thought or a consistent thought that's actually was created because of a past experience or interaction.


It's important to understand that whatever we think about or whatever comes to mind that we have the tools (or the ability to get the tools) to decipher its meaning & react to it. A simple punch to the wall could be decided as a mean to either let an emotion like anger out or a means to follow a command. In any case our thoughts determines our reactions thus becoming actions which are then validated as good or not good.

Our brains are always working and thus thoughts are created constantly. Like in an office position where information constantly comes in, it's the employers job to sort it out and see what goes in & out and what is just for the office. The brain has a funny way of transmitting thoughts & information to determine was it just a thought and what is transmitted to language.


It's difficult to interpret our thoughts. With so many ways of perception & understanding our thoughts can lead to many avenues. One way of trying to understand what we think of or how we think of something can be stemmed from our existence.

From the way we learn to the experiences we cultivate our perception & understanding of thought changes. While some are stronger than others thoughts make it to the surface where action is taken place & expression is happening.


The idea of thought can't be entirely defined nor put into just one category. The concept doesn't just aim to mean something all the time. It's a way of identifying manifestations & concepts within ourselves. Thus acting & reacting to the perception of our thoughts we come to show it as part of who we are.
