Start my Businesses since High School
From High School to a Decade - My Entrepreneurial Journey

I started my entrepreneurial journey in high school, and it's been ten years now. Over these years, I've learned a lot, even though I can't say I'm very successful yet. I still hear whispers from family and friends, and there are plenty of people who oppose what I do. However, my resilience is like that of a roly-poly toy; you have your objections, and I have my determination. I believe that success is inevitable in the future. Why? Because I've grown significantly:
During high school, I didn't have many ideas; I just wanted to learn, particularly about achieving financial freedom. I attended various workshops and seminars, met many successful people, and eventually threw myself into creating a dream community, organizing different events. However, the community was free, and it faced numerous issues. The theme of "dreams" was too abstract, making it seem valueless. As someone who just wanted to ensure three meals a day, how could I help? As someone seeking financial freedom, how could I assist others? I was just a high school student; how could anyone believe in me?
Then, social events and the pandemic hit, making it nearly impossible to hold in-person activities or courses. I never did much advertising, yet I managed to gather over five hundred members without spending on promotion, which was impressive in its own way, but not perfect.
During the lockdown, I tried various online projects, like producing radio dramas and magazines, but I struggled to understand algorithms. Gradually, I learned two key points: first, what does the market really need? They might not need your radio drama or creativity. Second, what do algorithms want? Understanding them is key to getting your content pushed.
Now, I've found a mentor in Singapore who has successfully taken two companies public and is full of ideas. He's guiding me to explore more interesting ventures, including digital technology (from previous digital systems to current AI). From Hong Kong, I've expanded to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and finally to mainland China for business, gaining a stable income, understanding how things work, and starting online training. The growth I've achieved through this mentorship is far more meaningful than my previous trial-and-error approach. I must remain focused – if I'm doing training, then that's all I do, not diverting my attention elsewhere. I've realized that trying to help everyone achieve their dreams often results in helping no one.
Now, I rely on a team; I can't handle everything on my own. I have team members in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and China; they are my backbone, my partners. When I encounter problems, I can consult them, and they trust me to help when they have issues. Everything feels joyful and exciting now. I can't say if I know more people or if they're of better quality than before, but my perspective has certainly broadened from a narrow view of the world as just school, work, and Hong Kong to a more Asia-centric mindset, looking forward to becoming a better self.
What does being a better self mean? It means earning a six-figure income because then I'll have the resources to invest in products with higher returns for financial freedom. This way, I can better secure my family's future and help more people realize their dreams. I aim to become a brand, a role model, a legend, to show everyone that we can succeed, that dreams can be achieved!
