This past weekend, Hasbro held its first ever PulseCon, described as "a 2-day virtual event that gives fans unprecedented access to their favorite Hasbro brands, music, and entertainment." The weekend was full of fun reveals, exciting guests, and informative panels, which you can catch up on here if you would like to see all of what went down. Star Wars fans will be excited to hear that, among the announcements, Hasbro revealed new figures and collectibles from many different corners of the Star Wars universe.

What was possibly the most exciting announcement was the reveal of a Hasbro HasLab crowdfunding campaign for the Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Razor Crest, which you can read more about here. Essentially, the idea was that the toys would only be made if the campaign reached a certain number of supporters, which it still has 35+ days to do. Never fear, however -- the campaign has already crossed its target of 6,000 backers, meaning that at least 6,000 people have pre-ordered it so far. The model is sure to be a hit, and fans do not even seem to be daunted by the $350 price tag.

Hasbro also announced an addition to their The Black Series 6-inch collection: Jar Jar Binks. This figure comes complete with weaponry from the Battle of Naboo.

Other additions to The Black Series include Boba Fett, the Armorer from The Mandalorian, several holiday-themed figures, and, what is perhaps most exciting, at least in my opinion: Dark Side Vision Rey.

While this version of Rey only appears in The Rise of Skywalker for a few seconds, the vision seemed like a nod to fan speculation that Rey would perhaps turn to the Dark Side at some point in the film. With her double-bladed saber, dark hood, and long cloak, this version of Rey is menacing in a way we never really saw in the films.

But Hasbro is not just paying tribute to the live-action Star Wars properties with their new releases. New Vintage Collection releases include Captain Rex, the beloved clone from The Clone Wars who serves alongside Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano. As the Captain of the 501st, Rex was extremely loyal to the Jedi, and one of the only clones to escape the influence of Order 66. He comes equipped with blasters and his signature blue detailing.

The full list and pictures of new figures can be found here, where you can see additional releases of the Vintage Collection, like the battle droid from The Phantom Menace and Anakin Skywalker from Attack of the Clones, as well as the Black Series holiday releases and other figures like Luke Skywalker (Hoth) and Grand Admiral Thrawn.

In addition to this impressive lineup of new figures, Hasbro also announced that Ahsoka Tano's lightsaber will soon join the Force FX Elite Lightsaber line, and this one is sure to be a hot ticket item. Ahsoka is notoriously a fan favorite character, having appeared in The Clone Wars and Rebels, with the possibility that she may make an appearance in The Mandalorian as well.

It is clear that there will be no shortage of Star Wars toys and merchandise rolling out over the next couple of months, as we are sure to see even more released when The Mandalorian season 2 finally premieres. This newest release does an excellent job of catering to really everyone, with figures from all three film trilogies, some of the animated content, and even The Mandalorian. Even though the Star Wars films are over for awhile, announcements like these are a reminder that it is still a great time to be a Star Wars fan. There is no shortage of content, and we cannot wait to see what is next!
