Mullen Automotive Announces Start of the 2023 ‘Strikingly Different’ EV Tour; Commencing Aug. 20, 2023, in Austin, TX

Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN), a promising electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, is excited to announce the launch of the "Strikingly Different" EV Tour for 2023. The tour will kick off on August 20 in Austin, Texas and run until November, covering various regions including the East Coast, Midwest, Northwest, and concluding in California. This year's tour will showcase an expanded lineup of EVs, building upon the success of the Mullen FIVE tour in 2022. The new additions to the 2023 segment include the Mullen FIVE EV Crossover, Mullen FIVE RS High-Performance Sport EV Crossover, Mullen GT High-Performance Electric Sports Car, Mullen ONE Class 1 Commercial EV Cargo Van, Mullen THREE Class 3 Commercial Low Cab Forward, and Bollinger B2 Electric Pickup Truck.

The initial tour locations have been announced, with the first stop in Austin, Texas on August 20 and 21 at the Circuit of the Americas. Subsequent locations include New Orleans, Louisiana on August 29 and 30 at NOLA Motorsports Park, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 18 and 19 at Dover Motor Speedway, and Las Vegas, Nevada on October 31 and November 1 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. More tour stops along the East Coast, Midwest, Northwest, and West Coast will be announced soon.

While priority will be given to Mullen FIVE reservation holders and investors, the company aims to accommodate all interested participants due to the availability of more vehicles and additional tour stops this year. For further information on locations and registration details, interested individuals can visit the provided link.

During the tour, the public will have the opportunity to experience Mullen's commercial and retail EV lineup, interact with Mullen's partner companies, and explore the latest electric vehicle technology, including the company's proprietary AI-powered facial recognition technology called PERSONA. PERSONA aims to personalize the overall vehicle experience by bridging the gap between the driver and the vehicle. After positive feedback from consumer tests conducted during the 2022 "Strikingly Different" U.S. Tour, Mullen has decided to integrate PERSONA into its commercial and consumer vehicle lineups.

David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming tour, noting its expansion in terms of more stops and featured vehicles. He highlighted the ultra-high-performance Mullen FIVE RS as a significant highlight of this year's tour. The Mullen FIVE RS is an ultra-high-performance EV boasting a top speed of over 200 mph and acceleration from 0-60 mph in just 1.95 seconds. With features like 800-volt architecture, all-wheel drive, a two-speed gearbox, and over 1,100 horsepower, the Mullen FIVE RS aims to compete with renowned automotive brands.

Mullen Automotive, headquartered in Southern California, focuses on manufacturing the next generation of electric vehicles in its two assembly plants based in the United States. The company's EV development portfolio includes the Mullen FIVE EV Crossover, Mullen-GO Commercial Urban Delivery EV, Mullen Commercial Class 1-3 EVs, and Bollinger Motors, featuring the B1 and B2 electric SUV trucks and Class 4-6 commercial offerings. Mullen Automotive recently acquired Bollinger Motors and Electric Last Mile Solutions' assets, including their intellectual property and a sizable plant in Mishawaka, Indiana.
