Nitre received his new lead list, powered up the work provided Erotic Dungeon 2000 and began his crusade. Sure he inherited the oldest version, but that did not reflect any sales status.

No matter the journey, Nitre knew everyone loved baseball, even planets several miles away. Distance did not matter.

Staying positive about the journey, until a call came from his boss Toledo bothering him for the second time during this journey.

"Nitre! King Tullibee is ready for you, been trying to get this guy on a season suite for ages! Remember, focus! Keep your notes with you," Toledo said enthusiastically, as though he was going on the meeting.

"Then why did I receive the worst vehicle! This thing is ancient! Are they even a sponsor anymore?" Nitre responded, feeling as though he said too much. The Erotic Dungeon 2000, only contained one seat and the intergalactic radio was out. Nitre was worried if the machine could even make it to Planet Sonder.

"You're new, get used to it. Makes some more suite sales and receive better items!" Toledo said ignoring the crucial point of Nitre's argument.

"That might be hard to do if I can not even get to the planet!" Nitre replied back, not changing the aggressive tone.

"Just do what I say!" Toldeo shouted, hanging up the phone.

Nitre was used to the lack of answers, but continued flying the Erotic Dungeon 2000 toward Planet Sonder, passing by plenty of of other planets. He took his black book, writing down all the possible planets, hoping for new sales leads, as well as preparing for notes on Planet Sonder.

The ship announced through speakers he was arriving and began the landing procedure for the Erotic Dungeon 2000, the flag in the background.

"This is Nitre, Sales Associate for the Fresno Ursidaes, requesting permission to land for meeting with King Tullibee."

"Permission granted, King Tullibee is excited to meet you," said a voice from his intercom.

Nitre was unsure if this was true, but gained confidence anyway. This could be a quick meeting and sale, meaning he could move on to the next.

Nitre flew through the clouds, seeing large buildings, each layered in different architecture styles. Some were circles that seemed infinite, while others where flat, with a fine tip point. He was flagged down by a group of 3 Sonderians, who were waiting for him.

Nitre noticed Planet Sonder's people looked different than Fresno, which could add to any sale objections. These people were shaped and stretched, one of the three was square with rectangular arms, while another was circular with a triangle like head. They all seemed to smile, and wave.

"Mr. Nitre, yes King Tullibee is expecting you. Right this way," said the circular Sonderian.

The way to King Tullibee was winding , no straight shots available. The walls were decorated with paints that seemed to turn into puzzles when Nitre gazed upon them.

"Interesting artwork," Nitre asked, disturbing the silence.

"O yes, everyone on Planet Sonder paints. One painting a month, offered up to King Tullibee, who only accepts the best," the circular Sonderian said again, this time flatly, as though neither of the other ones could speak.

Nitre did not know the purpose of this, deciding to write in down in his black book for the meeting. The switchbacks to each room made it difficult to write, but Nitre focused just enough.

"Welcome to King Tullibee's chamber, he is waiting for you," said the shorter Sonderian, finding his voice from his circular head.

Nitre walked in, seeing a high chamber, with a walk way covered in paintings. Nitre thought the bright colors would make him blind after seeing infinite darkness during the trip.

"Ah Nitre! Good to finally meeting you! How was the trip?" King Tullibee shouted, as Nitre continued his walk. He bowed, and then stuck out his hand.

King Tullibee looked similar to the escorts. He was taller, but a circular body while his arms reminded Nitre of obtuse triangles. He came down from his throne and shook Nitre's hand. He felt the needle hands touching his nerves.

"Trip was easy, Planet Sonder looks..." Nitre said awkwardly, but before he could get the words out-

"Differently than you imagine? Its why everyone on Planet Sonder loves baseball. The shapes," King Tullibee interrupted, setting the stage for his control of the meeting.

"Then we both have something in common," Nitre replied, steering the meeting back to focus. He did not want to be taken over by King Tullibee, at least not in knowledge of baseball.

"Agreed! We also both like to travel. I used to be a big traveler myself," King Tullibee said

"You used to travel to different planets?" Nitre asked. He could not imagine the welcoming another king would receive, especially when King Tullibee had his obtuse triangle arms swinging around, looking threatening.

"O no, just Planet Sonder is where I belong. But all these switchbacks, no one knows where they are going," King Tullibee replied depressingly, as though the constant change was rough.

"Well what if I told you, we at the Fresno Ursidae offer the ability for everyone to watch baseball in a straight line. Sure you love shapes, but imagine if each person could enjoy one minute of straightforward connection?"

King Tullibee seemed very taken back. He brought his stringy hands to his face, contemplating.

"I have met with other planets you see, all looking for a break. A way out so to speak. Imagine that picture: your whole population not just painting, but getting to know each other."

"Ah you know about our paintings. Yes I receive one a week from my people. Usually the best one, but sometimes I enjoy one that sucks. We need more dirt in this galaxy. Just as we need more sales people!" King Tullibee interjected.

Nitre paused, thinking of his sales training. He could not think of an objection at first.

"You see you sell baseball, a game full of shapes and figures. Paintings can articulate the same. Why should I bring all my people to one event, no matter how much we love it? Could we not spend it on more equipment for more paintings?" King Tullibee continued confidently.

"Well, don't your people want more? Painting all day, no other connection? All this switch-backing and crisscrossing?" Nitre replied forcefully. Immediately, Nitre realized he may have crossed a line.

King Tullibee's circular face considered, his triangle eyes darting around.

"Do you know other planets who find this human connection?"

"Yes! Of course, we have some great reviews-"

"Well then, let them keep those connections. You can have yours with your vehicle, travels and memories. We are content. Thank you for visiting."

Nitre stood stunned, as he did not even make a pitch on the suite Toledo suggested. King Tullibee was already standing up and escorting Nitre from the room where the tallest and squarest Sonderian stood.

"Before you leave, here is a parting gift: your very own Sonder painting. What do you think?" King Tullibee asked quizzically, studying Nitre for more information.

Nitre looked at the painting, covered in colors and questions marks. Pure chaos, but Nitre did not think it was bad.

"Thank you for the painting and your time King Tullibee," Nitre said solemnly, bowing and shaking King Tullibee's hands once more. This time, his nerves expected the odd feeling, returning the handshake confidently.

He smiled and Nitre was escorted back to his vehicle. He took some notes in his black book and began the journey back.

Taking his time before he had to give the depressing news to Toledo, he stopped at a Space Station to refuel and grab a beverage.

"Excuse me, is that a painting from Sonder!" shouted an unknown being.

Nitre turned around and noticed a Robertson in front of him: tall and skinny with hair everywhere, even around duck bill protruding from his face.

"Yes, why do you ask?" Nitre asked, with a hint of annoyance. Roberstons were always loud and obnoxious at Fresno Ursidae games, and he did not want to deal with any mocking.

"Please let me purchase that off you! I will offer $20,000, will you take it? Look at all the colors!" the Robertson replied loudly, begging Nitre to say yes.

Nitre looking around, simply smiled and nodded. He exchange the painting for a case, which upon opening , saw the $20,000 in the exact Fresno currency, easily accepted at the Fresno Ursidae's sales office.

"O yes, this will make the rest of the family color blind! This will show them! I am the smart one!" the Robertson replied, happier than Nitre had ever been on his journey.

Nitre could not believe it. All it took was a moment of useless connection. He quickly turned around and boarded the Erotic Dungeon 2000 and departed, thinking of stunning Toledo in person with the news.
