Full Moon in 15º Sagittarius | June 5, 2020

We’re finding our footing, Goddesses. We’ve known since our awakening that we would be called up to bat for this world + it’s happening right now, before our very eyes. Whether you were blind to this, anticipating this, or even fighting for this, it’s our time to root back into our Earthly Goddess Vessels + bring the world back to love.

These Moon phases, these Missions + Universal Assignments, they keep getting bigger. We’re feeling the span of our power, the heaviness of our mission, the change our Voices can carry. We are the movement, we are the answer, we are the channel this revolution is destined to come through. The Universe knows we’re ready for this too- don’t you go doubting yourself now. We’ve been patching up our wounds, building our bonds + tapping into our feminine intuition all for this reason. We were awakened spiritually + now we are being awakened physically; Enter Sagittarius.

Full Moons are a time of release. Every New Moon serves as a new Mission + Full Moons act as a portal to releasing the blocks that keep us from bringing our New Moon Intentions, Missions, to fruition. What Mission is coming to light right now? Think back to November 26th + the emotion that was awakened in you. I don’t usually do this, but I want to show you the “Guidance” notes I’ve gathered over the years for the area of Sagittarius we were aligned with in November. Sort through this + tell me what awakens in you:

For many of us in the Spiritual Community, we saw the New Moon in Sagittarius as the beginning of the fall of “pseudo spiritualists” or trusted mentors. Those who claim to serve, to educate, to love + to guide, but whose motives may be less than honest. With the recent turn of events in the World, particularly the USA, we’re seeing an urgent call to “bite the corrupt hand that feeds us”. In November, we bit that hand + now the “great heroic deeds” are being presented. Travelling the world + exploring cultures for enlightenment, embodying our Warrior Woman energy, being a pathfinder + forerunner for new ideas, airing out narrow views, cultivating empathy to be a positive force in the world… taking out one person who causes misery… Whatever resonates with you from the New Moon in Sagittarius, you’ve gained the strength, power, knowledge, wisdom, confidence + abilities to BE this change now. The important message this Full Moon in Sagittarius wants us to process is that we have massive power + it needs to be grounded to keep the abuse of power in check. Keep in mind this message is for you, as a Goddess Boss, as well as the World; Abuse of power is over.

To get the full picture of this Sagittarius Full Moon, let’s look back to basics. Sagittarius the Centaur was different than others; He was a mentor to many legendary heroes + completely surpassed the indulgent nature of the Centaur. Being the grand baby of Mama Gaia, Sagittarius has a deep rooted appreciation + love of the natural world, along with his ancestors. As we know in all mythological stories, these characters are immortalized in the stars, but what you may not be aware of is the story of Sagittarius giving up his immortality for Prometheus’ freedom, AKA “Freedom of Forethought”. To flesh out this theme a bit more, remember that Sagittarius is a mutable modality, meaning they are not only in constant pursuit of change, but they’ve learned many hard lessons + are now learning to adapt to their ever-shifting journey. This modality sprouts from Sagittarius’ ruling planet, Jupiter, the planet of growth + expansion. Jupiter stands for your journey to Purpose, always seeking the path with the most opportunity for evolution.

The fire, is another story. Sagittarius is earthly, wise + expansive, but what we may be struggling with as women in this changing world is our Fire. Anger, rage, fury, wrath, indignation, passion- it’s all a part of the cycle. We’ve all been doing the healing work to help transmute trauma into love, but the acknowledgment of our anger was the first step in that process. Anger is a tool of the revolution. They don’t want us to be angry. Anger unites us. Unity creates change. The power in transmuting our rage, our fire, is explained by the ruling body parts of Sagittarius, the Liver, Thighs + Hips. The Livers emotion is Anger, “it generates anger, a clearing force, to keep things moving and flowing. When anger dissolves, this energy transforms into faith, optimism, and wisdom”. Transmuting our rage into a healing force, as women, begins in our hips; this is where the embodiment of our Earthly Goddess vessel takes root. Our hips are our “cup of life” containing our vital life force energy. Tilted forward, we spill + empty our cup, cocked back we withhold our life force. One way we can awaken a balance of our cup of life is to move our hips, to dance! Feel this rage, this fire + let it flow through your body, let it move you. Time to get primal, Goddesses. We were called to overcome our sexual trauma over the last couple months so we could root back into the power of our feminine bodies for this revolution. Every painful journey has a purpose larger than life.

When we take a closer look at the degree of this Full Moon + feel into the aspects (planetary alignments) the picture becomes so much clearer! We keep talking about Goddess energy + feeling into our power as women with this Full Moon. Not only is this because of Sagittarius’ grandmama Gaia, but our Opposition to Venus AND the Trine with Lilith:

Venus, as you know, rules over Love + Money, shaping our values. Venus is also the Goddess of love, sex, beauty + fertility, + her Greek counterpart, Aphrodite, is also the Goddess of Victory! The Moon being opposite this goddess entity translates to our emotions mirroring + balancing our Values in Venus, which is right in the middle of Gemini right now. Something from the past is coming back to rear its ugly head, darkness gets projected onto you without you deserving it + natural law is coming back to bite those who have tried to play God. This Gemini message is NOT subtle + humanity’s values are rooted deep in this energy. We’re reforming this situation with strategy + calling in our tribe to protect us from damage.

Lilith is the first woman to have walked the earth. She was cast out of Eden for refusing to be subservient to Adam, who then created Eve from his rib to ensure this wouldn’t happen twice. Lilith stood in her divine feminine + embraced her sexual power. She was demonized for being an empowered, sexual woman + for this reason she represents our Inner Goddess + Sexual Power. Lilith’s placement in the midst of Aries energy translates to our Sexual Empowerment + Divine Feminine being the key to tap into emotional bravery + escape physical restriction. The middle 10º of Aries is about personal development, taking on the entire world, generating a world of our choosing + imposing it on the collective. Know that the only way to unlock this reality is to apply our crown “magickally” + once we’ve done that we can rally others to join in our cause with ease. Lilith being trine the Full Moon represents synchronicity between our Intuitive Nurturing + Inner Goddess. Let that soak in.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the Moon’s square (conflict) relationship with Mars, which currently resides in Pisces, the sign of romanticism + escape. Our masculine energy sitting in the midst of this mutable water sign translates to the inability of Action to connect to our Vision. This highlights the need for our allowing feminine energy to step into the frontline in this revolution. Fighting isn’t bringing us closer to our vision, it’s actually romanticizing the notion of war + masculine energy, pushing our resolve further out of grasp. This area of Pisces has a mission to invert our material world with the spiritual + the Moon’s power struggle with Mars tells us that we need to stop romanticizing the out of body spiritual journey we’ve been on for so long. It’s time to step back into our Earthly Vessels + lead with love.

The last lens I’ll ask you to look through for this Full Moon in Sagittarius has us observing the message behind the fixed star the moon aligns with at 15º Sagittarius, the Bird of Paradise, aka “without foot”. Native Traders would remove the beautiful birds feet as to make a decoration from them, inhibiting their ability to touch the ground. When Explorers would come across these seemingly mythical creatures, they made the assumption that the birds were visitors from paradise who floated in the air + didn’t touch the earth until death. This fixed star highlights the importance of finding our footing again as Goddesses walking the Earth. Our souls were sent here to facilitate change in the world, to guide others toward peace, community, love + respecting our Mother Gaia. We woke up after a time of suffering, as is the world right now. Our out of body spiritual work was essential to get back in touch with the wisdom + guidance our Souls were meant to bring to earth. Now is the time to root back into our Earthly containers + use that wisdom for what it was intended for. Let’s take the World back, Goddesses. It’s our time.
