Fringe Science: Eric P. Dollard

Eric Dollard is an Electrical Engineer who is a “living legend” in the field of electrical research. He is considered by many to be the most knowledgeable expert alive today on the true nature of electricity. Author of the landmark mathematical papers Symbolic Representation of Alternating Electric Waves and Symbolic Representation of the Generalized Electric Wave, Eric shows how all electric phenomena can be mathematically measured and engineered WITHOUT using calculus or “Maxwell’s Equations.” Author of Condensed Intro to Tesla Transformers and Theory of Wireless Power, he is also the only person since Tesla’s death to successfully build a real Magnifying Transmitter.

Why are the crazies important? Why are the independent scientists, engineers and inventors, who work outside university and corporate labs essential to our future? These brilliant men are not constrained by science dogma, that is, ideas presented as universal facts, which are in fact, inaccurate interpretations of physical reality. Such inaccurate facts become solidified in college and university curriculums, and passed on, and elaborated upon, making comfortable careers for the inventors of those dogmas, but having negative, even disastrous consequences in the real world.

One example is the electric car. Below is a electric car catalog from 1907. If United States car manufacturers had pursued electrical cars, instead of internal-combustion engine cars, we would have saved consumers hundreds of billions of dollars, and had zero-emissions over the past 100 years. A handful of rich people made a decision to go with gasoline. And they hired scientists and engineers to pursue that goal. Not the goal of mass transportation for millions of people--- a more basic goal of making billions of dollars from one technology, and suppressing a competing technology. Without social pressure our car manufacturers would still be making gasoline and diesel vehicles only.

The fact is, internal combustion engines have been invented which far exceed the efficiency of mass-produced car engines, but they never see the light of day. Through economic pressure, and sometimes outright theft these inventions never reach the mass market. The result of corporate, educational and government control over technology is the stifling of true innovation, and the stifling of accurate scientific explorations. In other words, the university, government and corporate physicists, and their bosses, attempt to control our view of reality, just as the Catholic Church attempted control humanity's view of reality. They had to lock up Galileo, just to shut him up. 21st Century science still operates by those old powerful rules. The accepted thread-bare dogma is promoted. The emerging, honest science is suppressed.

Young naïve, scientists, engineers and inventors soon discover this brutal reality, backed by lawyers, upheld by lawsuits and prison sentences. Like the case of Aaron Swartz.

The people in charge of business and government need to make examples of defenseless geniuses, from time to time, to keep everyone under control. And make sure we all do what we are told. And we all think what we are told to think.

I encourage readers to explore literature in the areas of Alternative Energy, Alternative Science, Fringe Science. Needless to say, in any area of human knowledge there are quacks. We need pay no attention to the quacks. Often it takes some reading and some effort to identify a quack from an honest scientist. As mentioned above, economic and political forces use the lack of knowledge of the general public, to push forward whatever agenda and belief they wish to push forward. Labeling an honest man a quack, or labeling him criminal, as was done with Aaron Swartz. Such people are often economically and psychologically destroyed before their genius bumps off some well-established, powerful cash cow.
