Energy Hack Of the Day!

So there the planets are in retrograde and you’re being repeatedly bothered by the energies? If you are not familiar with the planets and how they behave in their retrograde phase. I have written an article “What Is A Retrograde” that gives a short summary and explanation of what a retrograde is and how it works. this is not a play by play of how each and every planet behaves in their retrograde state. So let’s discuss what you can do to help yourself during this this retrograde phase.

In retrograde Let’s say all the planets are messing with you. Then I want you to focus on just one issue that is bothering you the most. Pick one planet that has a theme that’s bothering you. Doesn’t matter the order in which the planet is in, I always tell my clients to pick the topic that is most important to them and to choose to work out that issue. When you do this you actually are showing the universe that you’re acknowledging its existence.

Secondly, what you are doing when you do this is you are taking the time to work on one part of the retrograde and you are working on or coming to terms with that issue or issues. Remember summer of 2020 where there are five planets in retrograde. The last time this happened was in the summer of 2019 I also wrote about this in an article called “The Summer of Retrogrades” you can read that here: https://vocal.media/stories/the-summer-of-retrogrades . It is important that we take the time to focus on one issue at a time usually. Since all five planets are retrograde that one issue will be most likely interconnected to several other planets and several other insights on the topic of the issues or issues that need to be dealt with by you. So please make sure to and I want you to pace yourself.

For example, I’ve had plenty clients where they have a relationship and their partner is doing some thing that bothers them to their very core nature. Their partner is essentially poking at the bear of a situation in the relationship dynamic. Now my client and I both understand they’re not really mad at their partner but what they are mad about and with is the behavior that the partner is acting on during the retrograde. It is then brought out from the depths to the light to be worked out on in the relationship dynamic. How it is worked on is up to the individuals in the relationship.

This is showing proof to my client that my client still hasn’t resolved the issue that is manifesting its self like they think they have. Or they are being tested to see if it’s still bothering them , so this is where I like to tell anybody who’s having issues with the retrogrades. I want you to think of the perspective and the angle at which you’re being bothered or un-nerved to by these retrogrades. Because all retrogrades are trying to show an illumination on where there are parts in your life that are completely out of balance. They also show you and teach you how you can take your power back, as well as bring things back into focus and balance.
