These past several months, Disney has been pushing out the marketing of The Mandalorian season 2 by putting out their first look on screenshots, images, interviews with cast and crew such as Jon Favreou and Dave Filoni, even clips or videos from behind the scenes of The Mandalorian season 2. After the reveal of plethora of images that emerged on Disney+, the hype from Star Wars fans all around the world surrounding The Mandalorian season 2 is at its highest peek, giving more of glimpse at The Mandalorian season 2 for whole wide world.

After the release of those highly anticipated bits of marketing, Disney just had to give the world another surprise with the premiere of The Mandalorian season 2 official trailer, teasing new locations and enemies with some possible Easter eggs, giving the internet stuff to break down the theories and speculation from the trailer. With the premiere of The Mandalorian season 2 trailer, it sent ridiculous shockwaves to all Star Wars fans all over the world and across social media, giving amusing reactions from every soul globally. If those are not enough, after the success of The Mandalorian season 1, becoming one of the most watched and highly anticipated TV series ever made, The Mandalorian season 2 was also voted in a Rotten Tomatoes poll as fall’s most anticipated returning TV series, topping on latest seasons of Fargo, This Is Us, His Dark Materials, and The Crown.

Star Wars fans are also delighted that The Mandalorian season 1 has also brought home five Emmy Awards for the categories of Outstanding Sound Editing For A Comedy or Drama Series And Animation, Outstanding Production Design For A Narrative Program, Outstanding Sound Mixing For A Comedy Or Drama Series And Animation, Outstanding Special Effects, and Outstanding Cinematography For A Single Camera Series, with eight other nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series. If these were not enough, Disney and Lucasfilm had another surprise up their sleeves, as Star Wars fans are now very certain about the rumors that had been circling around for the past several months. We had been hearing that Rosario Dawson would be playing Ahsoka Tano, and the Disney+ Germany Instagram account pretty much confirmed that Dawson is in the series. We have also been hearing that we may be seeing an Ahsoka Tano live-action spin-off very soon, along with (hopefully) Captain Rex and Sabine Wren, who were introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels respectively.

Even with all the Star Wars fans hyped already, Disney has released brand new character posters that look really amazing, featuring The Mandalorian, The Child, Cara Dune, and Greef Karga. Check out these posters below.

From showrunners and executive producers Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Collin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck as co-executive producers, The Mandalorian season 2 stars Pedro Pascal, along with guest stars Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, and Giancarlo Esposito.
