The Twin Owls welcomed Baby Great Grey Owl and the Jedi Master to the Rebel Alliance moon base hidden on the south pole of the dark side of one of Hoot’s moons. This one had a residence that kept it mostly on the sun side of the planet, it’s exaggerated elliptical orbit taking it closets to the planets south pole before being flung out into space.

This Rebel Alliance headquarters hidden on the moon, and just as the evil Owl Emperor had found strength hidden on the fifth planet, the Rebel Alliance had been given the gift of karma to once again challenge the central power for control of the solar system. Meanwhile, many of its followers hid in plain sight throughout the solar system as subjects of the evil Owl Emperor.

The return of an owl from the royal line increased morale, and could be seen in the confident chests of the Twin Owls, as they led Baby Great Grey Owl and the Jedi Master into the drawing room of the moon base with a fantastic view from windows above of the southern crescent of Hoot. Two other moons could also be seen as brighter spots of light. Since owls operated at night whatever population faced them slept as they watched from the safety of this bunker.

“We are on the eve of a coup. Our heavy armor moves to hit the capitol buildings to take away their advantage of superior numbers. While a special operations unit installs the new leader of Hoot. Now that you have arrived Baby Great Grey Owl the mission has changed to place you in the chair of central authority.” The Twin Owls shared these thoughts.

“Who’s leading the special operations unit? And where’s the owl that would have taken control had we not just arrived at this crucial time?” Asked the Baby Great Grey Owl.

“We are both the leaders of the special operations unit and we were going to become the new leaders of the solar system. Twins were chosen because if one should fall the other could still lead.” The Twin Owls finished with a blink.

“That’s perfect. The Force has delivered us to the moment we need to complete our mission here.” The Jedi Master added.

The Twin Owls, not accustomed to humans speaking looked to the Baby Great Grey Owl for guidance. The three owls all sharing a moment in the silence of the moon base. The Twin Owls also perched atop robotic legs only of a different brand to the legs used by the Baby Great Grey Owl. The same concept developed in different parts of the Milky Way Galaxy.

“Then we follow through on the plan. We strike at their heart with our heavy armor, while we conduct a special operation to put me at the center of the owl kingdom.” Baby Great Grey Owl stated firmly.

Dozens of squadrons left the Rebel Alliance moon base at its closest point to Hoot. These space fighters were unaccounted for as advanced research models syphoned off in government corruption. They were the heavy armor of the rebels.

The evil Owl Emperor’s time had begun to decline after his peak in power. With no known rivals in the solar system or outside of it; with no communication with the royal family in more than 200-years, after they’d fled in a suicidal deep space mission. There remained nothing to anger the Owl Emperor.

Until that day when those squadrons of space fighters struck. The Empire unprepared for a space war hitting with such precision in the capitol city.

And in a well-planned mission into the center of authority, where the Owl Emperor controlled the solar system, the Jedi Master took center stage using his lightsaber to out match the palace guard and cut through the Owl Emperor.

And while the Baby Great Grey Owl would have wept if he could, as he found the Twin Owls dead, the Jedi Master found the new star map in order to continue mapping the galaxy.
