'Andor' Set Photos Revealed

The more we get to learn about Disney+’s upcoming Star Wars series Andor, the more excited we get as we wait for the premiere. Not much is known about the series, but we do know that the series itself will begin five years before the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The series will follow Rebel Intelligence member, Cassian Andor, portrayed once again by Diego Luna.

The series is currently being filmed in the UK, and is expected to be released later in 2022. The story and plot points for Star Wars: Andor remain a huge mystery to the Star Wars fan community. However, on April 30, Twitter user @Cleveleysnews leaked several photos of Cafe Cove in Cleveley, England being turned into a full Star Wars set.

In the photos below, we see what could be a bar set for a new cantina, where Cassian himself may appear on a new adventure:

Who knows what thrilling and exciting adventure, or what amazing scene, will take place in this already wonderful looking set? One of the most wonderful things about Star Wars, is seeing the new and amazing sets and locations that are built for these amazing films, and now series.

Fans from all over the world are always eager to see a new Star Wars story, as they are always eager to see the new villages, cities, countries, and planets that will be featured, and maybe some reemerging places like Tatooine, Yavin IV, and maybe the Capital of the Empire, Coruscant.

Watching new planets or new locations in Star Wars is not only about visiting a new world, but also exploring the imagination of the creative team behind these amazing stories. Back in 1977, it was amazing to see Luke’s small farm, or even the cold and huge scenery inside the Death Star. In the prequel era, we got to travel to many more amazing places like the elegant planes of Naboo, and the jungles of Kashyyyk. It will be exciting to see many new worlds or new locations in this new upcoming series.

One of the things that has fans excited about the Andor series is the possibility of seeing some familiar faces. It has been rumored that Ahsoka Tano and perhaps even Obi-Wan Kenobi could appear in the series. Many fans believe that in the Andor series could present a bit more of the friendship between Master Kenobi and Leia’s father, Senator Bail Organa. If Ahsoka is shown in the series, maybe we would see her fulfilling her duties as Fulcrum. However, these ideas are nothing but speculations made by Star Wars fans. But these might be great ways to introduce some of our beloved characters into this new Star Wars anthology stories. The Star Wars galaxy is so large that there is always room for more stories, and there is also always room to discover new worlds, and mysterious locations hidden in the Outer Rim, or in any of the dark corners of the galaxy.

Another question that comes from the leaked photos, is that, if the cafe is being turned to a set, will it be a cantina? Will it be someone’s hiding spot? Or maybe someone’s home? There is not much that can be discerned from this set being constructed for the Andor series. One thing that we can be sure of is the set itself will hold a new adventure for our characters to appear in, or will take us to many unforgettable moments, that are yet to come.
