A Stargazer's 2022

I'm sure that most of us are wondering what kind of year 2022 is going to be, and I'm one of them. Glancing at the stars and keeping my fingers crossed, as an astrologer for more years than I care to remember, I depend upon the stars to reveal trends for the future.

Predictions are based upon transits and the sky for 2022 looks interesting. How can you be so optomistic you might ask, when two years later, we're still battling Covid 19 in it's many evolving forms, the grinch has stolen Christmas again and climate disasters are upon us?

It all has to do with the coming transit of Jupiter in Pisces where it will make a spectacular conjunction with Neptune in the same sign - both at home in the best places that they could be at times making a nice sextile aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. This is a very spiritual and powerful influence. Some of you are going to get lucky under these vibes - could be those with a lot of water in their chart - Pisces, Scorpio, Cancer.

Although astrology identifies trends as opposed to specifics, for me this translates into images of benefits through oceans, oil, magic, dreams, movie making, inspiration, charity, religion, psychic gifts, angels, faith, a helping hand, sacrifice, sympathy, artistic talent, music, hospitals, and poetry, idealism as well as drugs, alcohol and sensationalism of all kinds. It's high on emotion although not always accompanied by common sense. Yet, miracles happen under this influence.

The paranormal will become even more popular. More "caught on camera" ghosts, apparitions, elves, fairies, monsters to amaze and entertain us. At the same time the cons are out to defraud us so pay attention to the fakes and imposters. Neptune can do that to us.

Rhythm and music are in the news. Another type of spiritual music emerges. Artists receive opportunities and encouragement. We've come to a junction when we feel we need to find that which we've lost. Talent and imagination will be rewarded and noticed.

When you're lucky through Neptune you're in the right place at the right time and everything you do works out for you. It's a rags to riches influence. You latch onto an idea or a trend and are quite successful with it. A strange influence descends upon us in 2022 as we are exposed to a once in a lifetime Pisces experience. Some very talented and psychic children (clear channels) will be born in the spring of 2022 under these vibrations possibly in March/May/July/November.

Something miraculous would seem to be on the horizon in the spring, especially when Uranus makes the sextile to this conjunction. An unexpected find, lost treasure, historical artifacts, an archeological break through, solutions to problems, an interesting turn of events possibly in Egypt, Normandy, North Africa, Morocco, all Pisces countries.

At the same time, Saturn continues the square to Uranus in Taurus where it has been throwing us curve balls in 2021, a year that we wish we could forget. Yes, we're still being hit with the unexpected throughout 2022 but we counter it with a bit more optomism as Jupiter makes the sextile.

Could it be that Covid will finally fade away in a Pisces dream like fog, almost as if it had never happened? Or will it be that so many anti-virals and vaccines hit the market to arrest the virus that it becomes less of a threat. Or possibly a natural solution that has been under our noses the whole time emerges into the light of day.

For Pisces people directly, it will bring opportunities, a windfall, money, better health, improved circumstances - a new job, money, education, gifts, hopes and dreams come true. For Aquarius, as Jupiter moves out of that sign and Saturn hangs over them, it will mean more responsibility and toeing the line, so to speak while Scorpio and Taurus continue to grumble and complain while they work on reorganizing their finances which were on shaky ground in 2021. Watch that Uranus square as it brings the unexpected, in Taurus - the money sign, although some unique and improved ways of handling financial matters and improving the economy are coming.

So, it is with optomism that I look forward to 2022 and as all stargazers do, anticipate the ebb and flow of the influence of the planets. Thankfully, astrology reminds us that nothing remains the same for long. That could be a good thing.
