Shadows of the night, they come.
Beating down the door, holding you fast to where you crouch in discomfort and fear.
Never knowing what's on the other side of that door.
You fear the darkness, the howling of the drip, drip, drip, of the rain, the loud crack at the door of that thing that desperately wants you.
No, it will never give in until you open that damn door.
Your mind sees the terror of that grim reaper coming for you now. Go, let it in, it's your time.
