That feeling of panic when one realizes the toilet paper roll had only a single sheet of one ply on it.

Oh God, where's the bathroom!? Crap! Please let me make it... Nathan hustled rapidly down the hallway of the unfamiliar office building, one hand clutched to his abdomen. Just his luck to have an early morning interview after eating what he was now certain had been bad sushi. Should have listened to Maria when she warned me about that new restaurant.

Stomach gurgling in angry turmoil, Nathan surreptitiously clenched his buttocks while attempting to look nonchalant. He nodded at the cute blonde receptionist as he strode past her desk, giving her a tense smile. Turning the corner he spotted it... There! The bathroom! Oh thank the good lord. Moving as rapidly as he dared while maintaining his tenuous hold on his guts, Nathan plunged into the thankfully unoccupied Men's Room. Rushing into the stall, he hastily locked the door and quickly undid his belt. Dropping his drawers in a heap he flopped onto the toilet seat just as his bowels released in a flood. Groaning in relief and thankfulness he checked his watch. Five minutes left before the most important interview of his life.

As the pressure eased, Nathan straightened and reached for the toilet paper. What?! Only a single sheet of one ply was on the roll. Now what? Standing, trousers in a jumbled heap around his ankles, Nathan looked around. There, right under the sign saying 'Please Do Not Flush Paper Towels' was his salvation. So much for following directions.
