Well here I am. Just a little kid reveling in the last day of winter. It is also not lost to me that on this final day of winter we were given a snow day. Though it is cloudy and the fluffy white snow is still here, in a matter of minutes the clouds will fade away and the sun will be out. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sun and the heat, it’s actually my favorite time of the year, but there’s just something about the snow that I’ll always have a soft spot for.

I love the snowy days of staying home from school and meeting my friends outside for the most epic snowball fights. Of course there’s the laying down and making a snow angel until your butt goes numb from the frost and everyone wants to go all Jack Frost by making the best looking snowman ever. Yeah I’m definitely gonna miss all this, but as I stand here in it’s beautiful surrounding I’m thankful knowing that it’ll be back the same time next year.

Well here it is. I’m starting to see some glimmers of light peak out from behind the fluffy white clouds. Yep, the sun is slowly approaching, but I’m not sad. I’m just gonna soak up these last moments with the Winter’s icing. Thank for for all the snowball fights, snow angels and snowmen sent from above. Hello bright yellow sun, thank you snow, I will definitely see you next year.
