Who is the Evil?

In Europe, there is a famous businessman named Malcolm Cavill. He is the owner of ‘Malcolm Industries’. He is married to Amanda Ivanov, a lawyer. The couple lives in London and is well-known for their social and charitable works. A few uninteresting moments are occurring between them due to some political events. Malcolm almost invested in a project that might cause harm to the environment and even start a war. Amanda is strictly against it. They have different opinions about it and decided to live separately for a while until everything is fine. So, they went to Paris to their respective project places.

They both studied at Berlin University.

Flashback:

A couple of years ago, in Berlin, Malcolm was studying business and Amanda was studying Law.

On the other side,

At Berlin, there was another student, Bob Oliver, who is also a kickboxer. He was usually doing his training when he met a girl named Rosie Martin. She is a boxer. Both met each other at a sports day event. Bob is an orphan who lives in a small town and works at an import-export agency. In Berlin, he lives in the apartment of his owner, Mr. Patrick, who is quite abusive. Patrick also has two kids that live in the flat: Vanessa and Mark (8 and 6 years old). The kids love Bob a lot, and Bob also loves them like his own siblings.

During a sports event at the university, Bob impresses everyone with his kickboxing skills. It also impresses Rosie.

On the other side, Malcolm and Amanda were almost flirting with each other. They started meeting frequently and sharing romantic moments. One night, Amanda asked Malcolm (while hugging each other) if he liked her or not. Malcolm replied with a smile that he loved her. They also talked about their past a little, which brought them closer emotionally. After that, they shared a passionate kiss.

On the other hand, the same night, Bob was practicing. Suddenly, Rosie visited there and told him how much his skills impress her and also help her improve her boxing skills. After that, they had a conversation for a long time.

Back in the Present,

Entire Europe (Especially, Paris, Berlin, and Vienna) was threatened by an unknown killer who is responsible for murdering 11 people. The police still investigated the matter of who the killer was.

Amanda and Malcolm decided they were still in separation and were asking for a divorce. They went to Amsterdam and filed for Divorce. However, the judge gave them six months, which may help them sort out everything. It can also assist them in changing their minds.

Malcolm is a famous businessman in Europe, and Amanda is a lawyer. Their incident took center stage in the media. They came back to Paris but still lived in separate rooms. Amanda was eager to sort things out, but Malcolm wasn’t eager to listen.

One evening in Paris, Malcolm went to a local coffee shop. There, he met a girl named Sasha. They have a warm conversation.

Sasha: Hello, How are you? You’re Malcolm, right?

Malcolm: Yes, I am, but who are you?

Sasha: You didn’t recognize me?

Malcolm: Your face is quite familiar, but I can’t remember where I saw you before.

Sasha: I am Sasha. We are from the same University. You may not recognize me, as I was in a different department. But we’re in the same batch.

Malcolm: Oh, I see. It's nice to meet you. Please have a seat.

They had a long conversation at the coffee shop. They became closer and met frequently and accidentally for a lot of days.

Bob was reading a newspaper that had an article about Malcolm and Amanda’s separation. He went home, and it was revealed that the person who is a mystery murderer is none other than Bob himself. He met Rosie at his factory in Paris, near a port. She is also associated with this activity with him. They smiled at each other.

Rosie: I hope you find your next target.

Bob: Yes, of course.

Flashback:

Bob and Rosie kept meeting and were training frequently at the college premises. It continued for almost 18 months. Bob started to develop a small amount of feelings for Rosie.

One night, Bob decided to propose to Rosie, but he saw that she was arguing with some man. After that, Rosie decided to walk with Bob and go for a long drive in his van. Rosie reveals that she is a social activist apart from boxing. She wants to give justice to the people who were mocked or cheated by their lovers.

Bob: So, what made you choose this job?

Rosie: My aunt was a social activist too. But she fell in love with a fake activist who later cheated and mocked her.

From that period on, Rosie decided to do justice to the people who mocked their lovers, whether they were men or women.

Rosie: Although the person who cheated my aunt also got his karma, He died in the Beirut oil blast.

Bob: I see.

Rosie: I have a regret.

Bob: Why?

Rosie: I also want to punish those fake activists who cheat the entire society. Anyway, it’s been a long time, and I think we should move now.

They rode in the van and moved.

Present:

Amanda decided to sort everything out with Malcolm, but he was having a secret affair with Sasha.

Malcolm kept meeting Sasha, and they kept having an intimate relationship.

On an evening in the bathtub, clutching wine glasses:

Malcolm: How long have you known me?

Sasha: For a long time.

Malcolm: How long?

Sasha reveals that during her university days, she had a huge crush on him. However, she couldn’t reach her.

Amanda, on the other side, while working at her office in Paris, thinks that Malcolm might be having an affair with someone else but doesn’t know who. She consoles herself by saying that she is overthinking a lot. Then she kept her duty.

Malcolm attended a meeting in Paris where the discussion of the project (that he is going to invest) has been organized. 50 people were present there including him. There was a person named Mr. Rothberg, a famous business person from Vienna who made a discussion about the movements of the project. All of a sudden, he received a text message from an unknown number. The message includes that the sender knows all of Rothberg’s corruption and dirty politics and he is going to expose it. In addition, the sender asked Rothberg o meet at a metro station.

The meetings get over after two hours. Malcolm is all set to return home. However, his car got some issues in the middle of the road. The driver said that the car got some issues and needs to be repaired. He took the car to the repair shop and assure Malcolm that it will be repaired by the next morning. Then, Malcolm decided to go home via the metro. So, he entered the nearest metro station and noticed Mr. Rothberg, who was in an upset mood. Although, Rothberg didn’t notice Malcolm.

Rothberg met that stranger on the platform. It was Bob, wearing a mask so that no one recognize him.

Rothberg: Give it to me and I can give you anything

Bob: All I want is for you to come here.

Then, Bob handed him a device that just gave an electric shock to Rothberg. Rothberg angrily asked, “What is this?”. Then, Bob stabbed him in the chest. It leads him to death. Malcolm noticed that.

Bob also noticed him. Malcolm decided to catch Bob. Malcolm didn’t recognize Bob’s face as he was wearing a mask. A chase occurs, but Bob runs to the opposite side of the platform and boards the metro. Police find the dead body of Rothberg. Inspector Debicki asked Malcolm if he had seen the face of the killer. Malcolm said he couldn’t able to see the face as he was wearing a mask.

Bob returned to Rosie safe and smiled as they killed Rothberg. Both hugged each other.

Flashback:

In Berlin, Bob was practicing kickboxing at the Gym and got disturbed by Rosie. Rosie asked him if he had some free time tomorrow, then they would go for a drive. Bob said yes. As they hung out daily, he fell deeply in love with her.

One evening, in a van, Rosie and Bob had a conversation. Bob asked her why her face looked upset.

Bob: What happened? Is there anything wrong?

Rosie: No, I think I have to go to Rome, my hometown.

Bob: Oh, why?

Rosie: My father arranged a wedding for me.

Bob: Marriage?

Rosie: Yes.

Bob: Don’t you find anyone here who you can love?

Rosie: Well, I guess not. As what happened to my aunt showed, I never dared to love anyone.

It breaks Bob’s heart. Bob returns to his apartment and starts blaming himself.

Next evening, Bob and Rosie, while driving a van,

Rosie: Are you sad that I’m returning to Rome?

Bob: Yeah, a little bit.

Rosie: Me too, but don’t be sad. I will visit you even after our marriage, whenever I visit this city.

Bob: Are you happy with the marriage?

Rosie: Not properly, but I also don’t have any reason to be unhappy. I’m glad that I have a friend like you.

Rosie also assures that she will keep in touch with Bob and will do justice to the people who have been cheated by their lovers. Heartbroken Bob almost crashed his van into a car but pressed the brake at the proper time.

Bob resumes his driving with Rosie and promises her that he will do justice to everyone.

A few days later,

Bob enters Rosie's room with two dead bodies. The dead bodies include a boy who cheated on his girlfriend and a girl who cheated on her boyfriend. Rosie was surprised and praised him for that.

Rosie: I always wanted to do something like that. But you’re so brave.

Bob: Thanks.

Rosie: It’s really impressive.

Bob: What about the corrupt politicians and legal authorities who make fake promises about social activity?

Rosie: Yeah, I also wanted to give them their karma.

Bob: Why don’t we just start?

They smiled and hugged each other.

At Paris,

The police officers try to discover the similarities between all the victims. Inspector Coulson discovered a similarity and told it to other inspectors, including Debicki and Lauren. The victims are either corrupt politicians or people who cheated on their lovers. The list includes seven politicians. They wonder about the killer’s new target.

One evening, Malcolm was spending the night with Sasha. She asked him about the issues he was facing with his wife. He told her everything, and she assured him not to worry about it. She is here for him.

The next evening, another meeting was organized about that project. They named the project "Project I-14". A few of the authorities explained the purpose of that project. Mostly, it had a negative impact on Malcolm. He told them that he was unaware of that. In addition, he also explained that this is not good for the environment and can affect the lives of millions. The meeting is over.

Malcolm went to bed at night and had some nightmares. He wakes up and realizes that his wife, Amanda, was right about it. In addition, he thought that if he kept being encouraged or invested in the project, it might make him evil.

The next day, Malcolm met Sasha and told her everything about it. He also told her that if he continued the project, he might become evil to the world, and he also regretted the fact that he had already become evil in front of Amanda’s eyes. Malcolm asked Sasha about the discontinuation. He left the place. After that, Sasha called someone secretly.

About a month later, Amanda, on the other hand, was at her office party with her colleagues and fellow lawyers. A sudden power cut disrupted the event. Bob entered there, causing harm to several of Amanda’s colleagues and even killing a few. Then he kidnaps Amanda, wearing a mask.

Malcolm, on the other hand, was arguing with four legal authorities who are corrupt. Malcolm refused to invest further in the project and argued with them. Those four politicians told him that even if he didn’t invest, no one would stop them from completing the project. He was about to leave when he met Inspector Debicki. They both greeted each other, and Malcolm left. Mr. Debicki then told those four politicians to ensure a safeguard, as their lives may be at risk. They refused it. Later, Bob kills those four politicians one by one. It left the inspector puzzled. "Project I-14" also stopped forever.

Malcolm decided to sort things out between himself and Amanda. He reached the place and met her friends, whom he found injured. One of her friends told him that Amanda had been missing for the last few weeks. They told them that a stranger wearing a mask kidnapped her, but to whom they don’t know. They tried to stop, but the masked man injured them badly. Malcolm realized that it was the same person who killed Rothberg.

Malcolm went to the police and asked Inspector Debicki and Lauren about the incident. They also shocked him with the deaths of those four politicians who had disagreements with Malcolm.

A few days later, Sasha was also found dead. Malcolm thought it was a suicide. However, the police listed her as one of the victims of the killer.

Two days later, Malcolm went to Mr. Debicki and asked if there was any information they had found regarding his wife Amanda or not. Mr. Debickin replied no and assured him not to worry about it. Malcolm then asked about the deaths of those four politicians and what was common between them. Debicki replied that they have found one body near the museum, a second one near the Arc de Triomphe’, and two dead bodies in the dockyard. Inspector Lauren came and gave a piece of information to Mr. Debicki and Mr. Coulson, where Malcolm was also present. She told me that the majority of the murders committed by the mystery killer were in the Dockyard and its nearest areas, such as acid factories.

Mr. Debicki was amazed and wondered why he hadn’t thought like that before. Malcolm became furious and wanted to rush there as soon as possible. Inspector Debicki tried to stop him, as it can be dangerous. Malcolm didn’t listen, got in his car, and drove towards the dockyard.

Inspector Lauren: What should we do, sir?

Inspector Debicki: I think we should also go there. Hurry!

On the dockyard, Bob was cleaning his mask and tools, which were stained with drops of blood. Mr. Patrick, who is his boss and was abusive towards him at the beginning, finds it. Mark and Vanessa were also present.

Mr. Patrick: So you’re the root of everything. You’re that mystery killer who threatened the entire continent. I was always right about you.

Bob: What if I told you that I was nice to you because of Mark and Vanessa? Otherwise, he would have killed him before.

Mr. Patrick angrily took a sharp tool to kill Bob.

At the same time, Malcolm also reached the dockyard and searched for Amanda. He finds a few boxes that consist of a few medals and certificates that Rosie won back in her university days. He saw the name of her on that certificate. Suddenly, he heard the scream of a man. He ran towards the place and found Mr. Patrick and Bob. Both were stabbed. However, Bob survived as he got stabbed in the shoulder, but Mr. Patrick didn’t as he was stabbed in the chest.

Patrick dies on the spot, and Malcolm finds this to resemble the murder of Rothberg. He realized that Bob was the mystery killer. Police also came to the spot, and Inspector Lauren and Debicki asked Malcolm if he was alright or not. Then, find out that Patrick was dead and Bob was injured. They took him into custody.

The police also pick Mark and Vanessa for interrogation. But they gave a false statement to the police to save Bob, as they loved him so much. Mark and Vanessa stated that it was their father (Mr. Patrick) who indulged in all these activities to spread his illegal business. They told them that Mr. Patrick threatened the entire continent so that he could export and import a few illegal goods. The police took this statement as true and closed this case. Entire Europe celebrated the day, and people in the streets of a few European cities, like Paris, Vienna, Berlin, London, and others, were celebrating through a parade.

Meanwhile, Malcolm was still desperate and thinking about the similarities between Rothberg and Patrick’s deaths. They both stabbed in the same way, and he realized that it was Bob but didn’t tell anyone. Mr. Debicki reached out to him and told him not to worry about and they will try their best to find Amanda.

On the other hand, Bob was discharged by the police after being given some medical treatment. Malcolm decides to follow him. Rosie was waiting outside for Bob with his van. Malcolm noticed that they were both hugging and consoling each other. Then, they entered the van and drove it.

Malcolm decided to follow the van.

Bob and Rosie reached the dockyard, where they tied Amanda with rope. Rosie asked him to kill Amanda.

But Amanda, pretending to faint, wakes up and stabs Bob in the leg. Bob runs towards her with a larger knife. Amanda was also running with her injured leg but fell due to the slippery floor caused by oils. Bob almost reached for her with a knife while Rosie was behind him. Then Malcolm came and kicked the knife out of Bob’s hand.

Malcolm: Not till I’m here.

Fighting occurs between them. Malcolm told Bob that when Bob won the All-European University Championship final in Berlin, he was there and proposed to Amanda. He also asked him why he chose this for his fate, as he could be a famous kickboxer. Both resumed their fighting.

Malcolm: You’ve killed Sasha, a good friend of mine. You will know your fate soon.

Bob: Sasha? Who? Actually, I’ve killed so many people that I don’t even remember anyone’s name.

After a few minutes of fighting, Bob punched Malcolm hard in the face and he fell to the ground. Bob told Rosie how he improved his punching skills while staying with her.

Bob: Rosie, did you see that? How much have I improved my punching skills? All this I learned from you. I hope it was impressive. Rosie?

Malcolm laughed

Bob: Why are you laughing?

Malcolm (while laughing): Rosie! Where is she? I can’t see anyone there.

Bob: Are you blind? She’s just here, standing behind me.

Malcolm: I’m not blind, but you are. The vengeance made you a blind person.

Bob turned around and found no one. He was still shouting Rosie’s name.

Malcolm: I think she fled away, bro.

Bob: What did you do with her? Where is she?

Malcolm: I didn’t do anything. Rosie was never here.

Bob: You’re mad; she helped with all those murders that I have committed for the past few years.

Malcolm: She didn’t do anything, bro. Everything you’ve done was done only by you.

Bob sighs

Malcolm: You’ve fooled the entire world and yourself by telling a story. Now let me tell you a story which is a true one.

Flashback:

Seven years ago, In Berlin, Bob almost went to crash his van with a car after hearing the bitter truth from Rosie that broke his heart.

Rosie: What the hell were you doing?

Bob: Rosie, I’ve fallen in love with you. You made me a better person after I met you.

Rosie: But it’s not possible. I treat you only as my friend.

Then Rosie left the car.

Bob was behind her, and he asked her to sort out the things between them, but Rosie didn’t listen. Bob angrily grabbed Rosie by the neck and choked her. Despite Rosie telling her to leave, he didn’t listen.

As a result, Rosie died of choking. Bob also broke her neck and cried for her death.

Present:

Malcolm revealed that Bob kept her things, along with her body, which turned into a skeleton, to himself. It was also revealed that Rosie became her hallucination, and he did all the murders by keeping her alive in his mind.

Malcolm: Unfortunately, Rosie, the person you loved the most was your first victim. She never became yours.

Bob (after finding out the truth): I’ll kill both you and your wife.

Malcolm: Try it, but you can’t because you don’t know the power of true love. My love for Amanda will keep me standing every time I fall. I will love her, no matter what the source of disagreements. I know that at the end of the day, we will sort them out.

Amanda, in tears, smiled at Malcolm.

Bob tried to hit Malcolm but stopped and got a punch back in his face. Then Malcolm left the place with Amanda. Realizing his mistake, Bob jumped into the tank full of acid and killed himself.

Later, Malcolm and Amanda sorted out all the disputes that had happened between them. They withdrew their divorce publicly. Amanda and Malcolm both hugged each other. Inspector Coulson, Debicki, and Lauren were also present near the court and congratulated them. Amanda hugged Malcolm.

The camera (owned by media) flashes.

Flashback

A few months ago, Mr. and Mrs. Debicki were Amanda's clients. She assisted them in winning a matter involving a property.

After winning the verdict,

Amanda: Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Debicki!

Mr. Debicki: Thank you. Without you, we might not win this case.

After finding Amanda upset about the dispute with her husband, Malcolm

Mrs. Debicki: Why does your face look so upset?

Amanda: There’s nothing.

Mr. Debicki: She’s right; you’re looking a little bit sad. You can share with us, as we’re grateful to you.

Amanda told them everything, including the fact that she is assuming that her husband, Malcolm, fell into an affair with someone but doesn't know who. Mr. Debicki assured her that he would find that out.

Mr. Debicki, with the help of his authority, finds out that Malcolm is having an affair with Sasha. After collecting the photographs, Mr. Debicki presented them to Amanda. He asked her if she knew the girl or not. Amanda told her that she knows her pretty well and that she is doing everything in an act of revenge. Mr. Debicki asked her if he and his authority could do anything to sort out this matter. Amanda replied, “No”, and said that it’s her personal matter and she will sort it out by herself.

After a few days, Amanda reached Sasha’s home in Paris. Sasha greeted her.

Sasha: I know that you will come. How are you, my old friend?

Amanda: Why? What is this for?

It is revealed that Sasha and Amanda were in a relationship in school. However, Amanda moved on, as their parents couldn’t accept it. Sasha told her that she even went to the same university where Amanda and Malcolm studied in Berlin. She was also present at the stadium, where Malcolm proposed to Amanda. She noticed everything.

Sasha told her that she was happy that Amanda moved on, but as she ghosted her, it completely left her heartbroken. From that time on, she was seeking revenge. When she heard about the dispute between Amanda and Malcolm in the newspaper, it made her way easy.

Amanda: I moved on. It wasn’t easy for me at all. But when I met Malcolm, I felt like I just got a new life. His love really encourages me all the way.

Sasha: But you failed to keep it.

Amanda: Maybe for a while, but I wanted to sort the matter out. I know he is not aware of that project. I will talk to him, and we’ll be happy together again.

Sasha: Okay, you can go, as my revenge is complete. All I wanted was for you to come here. You came, and I’m also done.

Sasha went closer to Amanda and hugged her. Sasha tried to choke her, but Amanda shoots her twice with a gun that she kept inside her jeans.

Sasha fell to the ground, smiled, and said, "It was worth it.". Then she dies peacefully. Amanda left the place in tears.

Later, the police found Sasha’s dead body. Mr. Debicki realized that it was Amanda who killed her. But to protect her, he kept Sasha’s name on the victim list of the mystery killer (who is actually Bob).

Amanda then throws the gun into the tank of acid in the factory.

Present

In Geneva,

Malcolm and Amanda are spending their vacation in a luxurious forest villa. Suddenly, rain starts falling. Malcolm turns on the music and asks Amanda to dance.

They both started to dance and kissed each other.

After that, they lived happily ever after.
