Once Akbar observed the crows in his garden. He asked Birbal about the number of crows in the kingdom.

After considering the matter for a while, Birbal declared that the kingdom is home to ninety thousand two hundred and forty-nine crows.

“What if there is a higher number of crows than the number you just mentioned?” Akbar questioned, astonished by his prompt reply.

“Then, crows from the neighboring kingdoms must be visiting,” Birbal retorted. “What if the number is fewer ?” Akbar then enquired.

With composure, Birbal answered, “So, the crows must have gone on vacation to other kingdoms.”
