What's more important than understanding

What's more important than understanding

My middle school years were spent in a dilapidated school, where the natural environment, the quality of teaching... Nothing can be said, that is, the accommodation conditions are very poor, at the beginning, the entire dormitory building even no street lights, later, due to several accidents, so, attracted the attention of the school, invested a considerable part of money, to the student dormitory corridor installed voice control street lights.

Most of these students come from the countryside and are used to climbing the courtyard walls and willow trees in the countryside, so they are naturally very naughty. But unlike them, I am a quiet person. A few days before I moved into my student apartment, I couldn't sleep because the noise upstairs wouldn't fade away until late at night. After a month, also can not sleep a peaceful sleep, to tell the truth, I was really hate the students living upstairs. I only think about myself and never ask others how they feel.

Later, I finally could not bear it and reflected to the teacher, which led the school leaders to stipulate the above problems in the form of discipline, and announced on the wall: dormitory students, who do not rest after 10 o 'clock at night, to demerit.

This trick is really good, the announcement has just been posted for half a day, there is no noise upstairs, and in the evening, I can rest easy. However, only after a few days one night, there was a change upstairs - there was always someone stomping on the above, although the sound was not very noisy, but it was not a sound in my head, how much I could not sleep, so I had to get up and go upstairs.

Sure enough, someone was "playing tricks", because when I got upstairs, he was stomping on the floor, and the voice-activated lights in the corridor were also wiped out with the stomping sound. I looked up and down such a student, dressed very plain, is holding a book to drive away mosquitoes, see me up, he seemed to be scared, when I pointed to the wall "who do not rest after 10 o 'clock at night, to record the notice to him, he immediately panicked, hurriedly begged me not to tell the teacher, and repeatedly apologized to me said: "I don't want to disturb everyone's rest, but my homework is so bad that I have to read at night, and the lights in my dormitory are all out of power, so I have to read by the voice-activated electric light in the hallway." "Why can't you, when others can do well in the classroom?" Hearing me ask, his tears seemed to fall down and said: "My family's economic conditions are not so good, after paying tuition fees, parents can no longer afford to provide me with living expenses, so I only go to the nearby construction site after class to do some casual work, naturally delayed the time to review the lessons..." As he spoke, tears trickled down onto his book, which he hastily wiped with his sleeve.

In fact, before his words were finished, I knew that I had wrongly blamed him for his hard work, and my heart could not help but have a stream of guilt in the expansion, because I almost bruised a strong heart due to a moment of selfishness and recklessness. His name is Xu Wen. At that time, I didn't tell the teacher about it, but helped him finish his homework. Now, he has become my best friend!

The string of stomping sound in the middle school time still echoes in my mind, it reminds me all the time: in the communication between students, nothing is more important than understanding. Therefore, my dear fellow students, when you want to vent your anger on others, it is better to let others tell you the real reason for your anger, perhaps, once the reason is said, your anger will be understood and melted! More understanding to others is more important than all the well-founded accusations!

(The truly superb wise man, that is, the one who can make difficulties "kill themselves"!)
