Wet Jeans and Inner Screams

How did I get here? This lack luster feeling. Depletion of all body mind and soul asks the rabbit?

The owl in the moons view responds

Sometimes it just does and often times than not; it’s due to continual neglecting of that scream from within.

Have you been screaming, rabbit? The owl asked

Rabbit says, well yea but it’s more silent now; the scream isn’t as loud; I think it feels sorta numb now

The owl responds, silly rabbit, your scream is what makes you do the the things that make you alive. When you ignore the scream - the body; the energy within; the whole system ~ no longer feels alive

Owl continues, when this happens ~ it’s like putting skinny jeans on wet legs after a shower, a constant fight and battle between skin and denim, likewise - not listening to the cues of our inner selves when they’re screaming louder than 10 ribbits at the same time

Rabbit looks at the owl with perplexing and curious eyes ~ hmm 🤔 I never thought about it like that. I sure do hate putting clothes on my wet body. Maybe I should start listening to myself  more 🤔

Good rabbit, good, now please go to sleep before grasp my claws around your tiny little body cuz there is also another we can’t escape and that is the food chain cycle

The end.

Or the beginning.

This short story poses a questioning from within:

Do I keep ignoring myself and stay stuck, or do I begin again by listening?

What’s your answer going to be?

Stay stuck? Or begin again by listening?
