Chapter 1

Consequences

We really weren’t sure what we were dealing with at the time. The council readily accepted the intervention with absolutely no pushback, hesitation or questions. As for the rest of us, the ambassadors to the council we could only heed the directives sent to the council. Even though we had questions and uncertainties, we obliged our superiors with full acknowledgement. The last intervention we were educated on was with regards to our earthly explorations of deep ocean dives. Apparently a man named Cousteau had disturbed some deep nautical inhabitants. A result of that exploration allowed us to locate new underwater dwellers, and now the underwater dwellers know of humanoid beings. As this was explained in our educational modules we were to remain inquisitive and curious but all the while we would be deflected from learning any further, at least for while. As exciting and frustrating this became we soon learned to go about our business without raising suspicions. The council too had re-aligned shortly after we did and nothing more became of deep ocean dwellers. The odd Blackwater dwellers would appear and become a new form of sea life. Nothing too exciting for us but perhaps the scientists and explorers of deep water life were, when a new worm species surfaced or eels. The Council and the rest of us in the ambassador roles moved onto another area of focus.

You may have guessed our next quest. Testing the new that theory behind some of the most intricate and technological advances in countries that are behind a veil of uncertainty. This veil of uncertainty refers to a country’s weaponry or precious metals procurement with a mask of uncertainty to the rest if the world. Follow the money always was the go to for gauging a better understanding of any country’s ability to fund projects like nuclear energy plasma converters, and even rehabilitation of cold war missile silos. Now the problem is the internet. Quick access to almost anything you need or want. Hacking, data mining and scraping, cloning and implementing AI algorithms, and Augmented Reality forecasting. This is the new actual threat.

With all the technology and resources available we are causing a demise of the humanoid population. The Elite didn’t seem to mind very much about the progress of technology. To think of it, the Council always readily accepted anything they were told to do by the Elite. Today we the Ambassadors too readily accepted to the directives after another educational module. This module ended any skepticism we may have had. Truly understanding the devastation that was about to take effect we all realized that we were never going to be superior in any way, just pawns to follow directives.

We knew and understood that we were never alone on this planet. Our education modules had explained the migrations from many desolate planets that failed in the previous attempts of self sufficiency. Self sufficiency is a planets ability to thrive without any mentorship or support from other universal traveller’s. Yes this is exactly how this sounds. Traveller’s in the context of what was and is known as ancient alien explorers and scouts. Our adaptability was unscrupulous until different factions of the Elite began determining fates and wellness of developed continents and under developed continents. The quest for power became greatly defined and implemented into a tool or weapon to assert domination and hoard resources. This path lead us to this “Final Intervention”.

We did meet with the Elite again as well as a Continental Ambassador and a “Universal Traveller” of a non relevant nor documented species. This Traveller was of no known human form or physical form, more like a glowing outline of a winged lion. I know, too far fetched and unbelievable. Really doesn’t matter what I explain or any other Ambassadors explain simply because of memory degradation. Apparently as a human collective we failed our biggest responsibility to our planet, specifically the ground we walk on, the air we breathe and the water we drink. A previous intervention was not landmarked successfully to the last Universal Traveller, nor the Continental Ambassador. The Elite failed in follow up and the commencement duties which of course trickled down to the Regional Ambassadors, us. Then we failed to enact the mandates and demands set forth by the Elite to all of our constituents This neglect In caring for our home is now costing humanity on this planet, much devastation and loss.

When we were informed of just how bad we were about to be Impacted we wept for what seemed like twenty minutes. We could not fathom the abuse we were about to experience. This abuse was our punishment. Earth is a planet of sustainability with humanity being the caretakers and nurtures. Because we caused extinctions of animal species, ozone depletion causing catastrophic damages and the pollution of our waters. Our failure to meet the previous intervention mandates is now causing losses in the millions of earth’s care takers. Another Universal Traveller is passing through our immediate solar system and will be exhausting their fuel carbons and radioactive particle emissions. Not only will they be exhausting, they will circle our orbit for 9 months to 15 months for refueling and repairing.

The Elite provided another module learning segment about what to expect. This is going to be a horrible time for every global care taker. These emissions will penetrate the protective layers of our atmosphere, and become a respiratory issue for most care takers. Death tolls will be high and contamination is through airborne transmissibility and most specialists will be working to provide immunity options. The immunity option was pushed back because of our failure to tend to the planet as mandated. This is why the death toll will be high. The fallout from this visitor is to be welcomed by humanity. This Traveller that is orbiting is collecting scans, and setting up projections of population, land mass, water mass and oxygen counts per million and saturation levels of pollution. This because they will need a new home in about two hundred earth years. This is when the stark reality hit us most, because of our righteousness and power grabs, and disrespect for our home we were on an Extinction Level Alert.

The Universal Traveller did note that our constant neglect for one another and instant gratification requirements is also unacceptable. So, because of our self centered mindless behavior the immunity formula that is being left for us will have side effects and will cause large rift in humanity and the understanding of humility and humblest of actions to regain our focus. Not all will be willing and that too is unfortunate. I’m saying this because the best most effective immunization is directly into the blood of a human by injection. For the unwilling they will too receive the immunity formula but in a more blind way of accepting it. As precipitation falls to earth so too will the emissions as the water encapsulates the particles. However there will be a “dusting” of the earth by our vessel once this other Universal Traveller departs from your immediate solar system. That being said there will be three more visits to verify compliance with the issued mandates. Also worth bringing to your attention is the necessary compliance of the other Continental Elite and Ambassadors. If no progress is made or if the progress is too slow, more repercussions can be expected from US. Oh, yes did I not mention the catastrophic events to unfold even when these particles will not affect the huma our populus? You will expect to see Disorganization, rallies, human resource shortages and well you know very well how this will play out. So be smart, diligent and realign your loyalties with the most helpful. And dumb down the caretakers so that the will be complacent and helpful rather than disruptive and rebellious. We have done this several times with other inhabited planets and only few habitable had survived the Extinction. Be safe and respect your home. I now need to speak with the Elite only on other matters.

Dumbstruck and in an uncontrolled mental state of panic and shock we evacuated the meeting chambers and immediately put together our mandates for the caretakers. My own skepticism left me questioning if we, humanoids are in fact expendable, and just a biological resource for The Universal Travellers? Questions kept entering my mind and about what was said, and how relaxed and calm the Elite were. And at that moment, a call from the Elite was put forth and all of us Ambassadors gathered once again. Reading the faces of the Elite led us to a grave concern, meaning much worse news. And from the lack of two Elite members that were not gathered we got the news. Two of our Elite were taken by the Universal Traveller for further needs.

The Elite said it was mandatory to ensure emergency preparedness was in full effect, with the highest of protocols enforced. The Traveller in our immediate solar system was siphoning plasma from the sun which leads to a new solar cycle and weather packing, radio wave impacting and humanoid impacting effects. We were also informed of the next meeting to discuss actions and results for the new mandates, and the effects of scrubbing the atmosphere. On a last note we were advised that the DNA collection is to be stepped up to a non stop recruitment. Godspeed until our next meeting. At that point I looked over to Gabriel and he at me and we both understood the endgame.
