TIME TRAVELLER

time is precious

By Ahmed SiddiquiPublished 4 years ago 3 min read

With both excitement and nerves, John sat in his time machine. He had dedicated years of his life to this endeavor, creating a machine that could transport him through time. He had read every book about time travel and seen every movie about it, but he was aware that nothing could have prepared him

As the machine came to life, he took a deep breath and flipped the switch, feeling a sudden rush of energy. A tidal wave of sound and light replaced the empty space all around him. John felt like he was being pulled through time and was speeding up more than he could have ever imagined.

John was standing in a pitch-black alleyway when the vortex suddenly vanished. He was disoriented and lost as he looked around. He didn't realize for a while that he had successfully traversed time and had arrived in 1920.

John couldn't believe he was standing right in the middle of the Roaring Twenties, which had always fascinated him. He took in the sounds and sights of the city as he looked around. Old-fashioned automobiles and horse-drawn carriages lined the streets, and jazz music filled the air.

John took in the sights and sounds as he moved through the city. He went to speakeasies and dance halls, met fascinating people, and saw how life used to be done.

John began to realize that he was having an effect on the world around him as the days and weeks passed. He was able to assist people in the past by imparting his knowledge of the future and making small adjustments that would have a ripple effect on history.

However, John quickly came to the realization that he could not remain in the past forever. He knew he had a duty to return to his own time, despite his love for the Roaring Twenties. To help shape the future and make it a better place, he had to bring back the knowledge and experience he had gained.

John climbed back into his time machine, ready to return to the present, with a heavy heart. As he sped back through time, he felt the familiar rush of energy as he flipped the switch.

However, there was a problem. John found himself hurtling through time at an alarming rate rather than reaching the present. He felt like he was being pulled through centuries and could see flashes of the past and the future right in front of him.

John was standing in a world that was completely unlike anything he had ever seen before when the time machine finally stopped. The air was thick with a noxious haze and the sky was red.

John realize that he had gone far into the future, to when the world had been annihilated by war and contamination.

But he saw that there was still hope as he looked around. He could make out a small group of people huddled together in a temporary shelter in the distance. They were survivors who were battling to rebuild a destroyed world.

John was aware that he needed to aid them. He taught them how to live a sustainable and responsible life by imparting his knowledge of the past and present. The small group grew over time, and they began to rebuild a society based on cooperation and respect for one another.

John watched as the world around him slowly came back to life as he got older. He was aware that his journey through time had had a positive impact on the future and that he had changed things.
