Think Before You Fling
Drabble Drop : Mud
“You b.i.t.c.h, why’d you pick my husband? You’ll regret ever crossing me,” Alana screamed.
Tisha sat quivering in the corner, tears cascading down her face, utterly confused. “I, I, I, I……….you’ve got it wrong.”
“NO I DON’T! I’ve always known you’re nothing more than a slut,” spluttered Alana.
Suddenly the door opened behind Alana and Valery walked into the room. “Alana, what right do you have to sling mud at Tisha without gathering the facts? You’ve got it wrong, for sure. I was the one that slept with your precious husband and to be honest, he wasn’t worth his salt!”
I was challenged to write a drabble of the word ‘mud'.
Wikipedia defines a drabble as follows :
A drabble is a short work of fiction of precisely one hundred words in length. The purpose of the drabble is brevity, testing the author's ability to express interesting and meaningful ideas in a confined space.

My first love is poetry — it’s like a desperate need to write, to free up space in my mind, to escape the constant noise in my head. Most of the time the poems write themselves — I’m just the conduit holding the metaphorical pen.

I'm still on Alana's side. I wanna see her beat the shit out of Valery! Loved your drabble!
Great from you.
