Characters:

Interviewer

Job applicant

Synopsis:

The scene opens with an interviewer sitting behind a desk, looking through a stack of resumes. The job applicant enters nervously and takes a seat.

Interviewer: "Thanks for coming in. So, tell me a little about yourself."

Job applicant: "Well, I graduated from college with a degree in marketing and I've worked in the field for a few years now. I'm really excited about this opportunity."

Interviewer: "Great, great. And why do you think you're the right fit for this position?"

Job applicant: "Well, I have a lot of experience and I'm a hard worker. I'm also very creative and I think I could bring a lot to the team."

Interviewer: "Hmm, that all sounds good. But there's just one more thing I need to ask you..."

The interviewer leans forward and says in a dramatic tone:

Interviewer: "Can you do the Macarena?"

The job applicant looks confused but obliges, standing up and awkwardly attempting the dance. The interviewer joins in, but they're both terrible dancers and keep getting the steps wrong.

As they dance, the scene cuts to other people in the office watching in disbelief, shaking their heads and covering their faces.

Finally, the music stops and the job applicant sits down, red-faced and out of breath.

Interviewer: "Well, I think we've seen enough. We'll be in touch."

The job applicant leaves, still looking confused and wondering what just happened. The interviewer looks at the camera and shrugs.

Interviewer: "Eh, it's Friday. Let's go get a drink."

The scene ends with the office emptying out and the lights turning off as the interviewer and other employees head out for the weekend.
