A BAT who fell to the ground and was gotten by a Weasel argued to be saved his life. The Weasel rejected him, saying that he was naturally the foe, everything being equal. The Bat guaranteed him that he was not a bird but rather a mouse, and in this way he was liberated. Without further ado, a short time later the Bat again tumbled to the ground and was gotten by another Weasel, whom he moreover beseeched not to eat him. The Weasel said that he had an extraordinary antagonism toward mice. The Bat guaranteed him that he was not a mouse but rather a bat, and subsequently, he got away.
It is smart to make good use of conditions.
