The Same Coin
When Your Hero is Someone Else's Villain
Sébastien sat in front of the TV, eyes glued questioningly as images of Papa flashed across the screen. Mama cried in the kitchen, sobs broken by frantic bits of conversation. Her phone hadn't stopped ringing since last night.
The screen changed, sirens blaring as footage from the night Papa was arrested aired. Sébastien clapped his hands over his ears, willing everything to stop, but he couldn't look away. Papa held his head high, his stony expression misplaced on the face Sébastien always remembered smiling.
One word flashed repeatedly on the screen. Sébastien spelled it out.

Really felt the little lad's pain there 💔
Oh Dayum! This was exquisitely done. So much said with so few words 👍
Poor kid! Well done 💖
This would work as a beginning to the other challenge as well
Such a brilliant concept! Two sides of the same coin. And your subtitle is so true. Poor Sébastian though!
