The Plan for the Diamond
A.H. Mittelman
It took months of planning. I finally snuck into the museum to steal the diamond. Right before I grabbed it, alarms blared. The lights went on and a man with a microphone came up to me. “Congratulations, you’re the hundredth person to try to steal it this month,” he said. “Is this a game show? Did I win?” I asked. “Yes. The diamond is fake, but your prize is a lifetime in the museum?” He said. “What?” I asked. The walls came down and bars came up. It was a trap. “Keep the diamond,” he said, smiled and left me.

Hahahhahahahaha that was unexpected!
Another Excellent one ❤️💯
Ugh!!! I'm sure he wishes he would have known that the real one was somewhere else. Liked how you turned it into a reverse game show of sorts.
