"For you have said in your heart: 'I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, and I will be like the Most High.' " ~Isaiah 14:13–14

Dorn had asked them what the nightly plan would be, and neither Vitalia nor Kaira had a clue over that early morning cup of brew. Kaira had preferred to take tea as opposed to the fine java both her fiance`, and best friend had chosen to drink. The three of them sat pleasantly for a few moments simply enjoying an early morning chat before Dorn finally had to go do whatever it was the devil did. In his absence Kaira, and Vitalia came up with the perfect scheme they two would dress as exotic dancers, having borrowed outfits from Magdelyn's girls, and with the aid of Heinrich they would form the Troupe Da'Coch and throw Dorn an impromptu surprise bachelor party.

The plan had been a complete disaster, and it became evident that Dorn was very annoyed with her after she completed her sequence in the facade she revealed herself to him. She truly hoped he would have appreciated the lengths she had went to please him. After all he had said libertines were not prudes, and she felt she had a name to live up to being His future bride. And this was the beginning of a frightful evening, where we soon began our tale....secrets revealed, and a sinister love sealed with the possession of His Infernal Bride. Having become quite morose after the disaster of the bachelor party Talia had decided to get quite drunk, her and Doll had thought to make the night special for her Devil but it was not to come about, she had flopped into a lone booth and began to drink herself into oblivion. Kaira had planned the bachelor party meticulously wanting to show him she was not a prude, and also a good time. It had turned into a complete and utter disaster. Dorn had been anything but impressed. Kaira in her angry shame of his reaction to her planning had wanted to get drunk and in making her way from him she crossed the polished wood floor in a hurry. Pierre, the man of her dreams for years rested on that shelf,"Think I will just drink with Tali tonight." She murmured stride now bringing her to place before the bar. She paused, "Cognac, or perhaps Brandy? Not quite sure." She resumed reading labels and then heard the sweet giggling of Lady Talia behind her, "Why not both, Doll?" Kaira had then been interrupted by Dorn's sarcastic voice speaking once again, "Let her drink, of course, it is not good for the baby."

Kaira shot him an icy glare how dare he utter such a thing in public when her parents did not even know she was engaged? He went on, "I never miss." That was all it took for her to rush up the staircase with only one bottle of Pierre in hand. As she met the landing she began to sob uncontrollably lifting the bottle up high she tossed it into the wall leaving it to shatter into a thousand tiny fragments. The booming sound echoed downstairs. Aleonette had rushed behind Kaira concerned for her niece's safety. Kaira now paused leaning her body back against the smooth textured wall behind her she looked upwards as hot tears ran the plane of her face. She was utterly humiliated as she had ascended the stairs he called her on her shame, "Shame eh?" He shifted nonchalantly within the seat he took, and above on the landing Kaira began to convulse slightly her mind fleeting her as some dark entity seemed to take over and she began to utter the words made infamous by Lucifer himself.

" I will ascend into heaven......," she paused,"...... I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;...... I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; .....I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, and I will be like the Most High."

This sparked intrigue in him one might suppose, or perhaps anger for Dorn's next words were,

"Those are my words." He rose from his seat and aim to be before Kaira, and hear this confession. Kaira's vermillion hues had shifted opaque as demonic voices emitted her vocals, but the voices made no sense. Just an endless washing sound of groaning, moaning, and whimpers. Aleonette backed off a bit once Dorn finally crossed onto the landing hastened stride to her side that brought him in distance to take her beautiful face in his two hands and place a tender kiss to her head,

"I .. will ascend into heaven...," he continued to coax his bride to confess them and make herself more and more his and less her own. Dorn placed a sweet kiss to her lips after she repeated the first line. The girl blindly obeyed thus speaking the repetition in rhythm with his voice as he encouraged her confession, "...I will exalt my throne above the stars of god..." His gaze remained steady on her own mindless irises kept the girl from running out(c)
