In a time before time and a world before worlds, where no light existed and no sound had been heard, three brothers sat back to back to back. They had nothing to worry about and no one to impress until Terra danced past in that shimmering dress and quick as can be she captivated all three. There was something in the way that she spun and she twisted that made each man believe she was the reason he existed. Wanting his love to show each brother began to glow.

Etoile jumped to his feet eager to be first, his love so intense he felt he would burst, in awe of every feature of the stunning creature. The blues and the greens and the red, ochre, and white, he wanted it all bathed in sparkling light from high up above the pure light of his love. Etoile spread his arms wide and spun round so fast and so spry he burst into balls of blue fire that lit up the sky. As Terra danced in his twinkling light Etoile's heart swelled proudly with delight.

Lune moved more slowly and coyly slipped in, closer and closer then he started to spin. He'd swirl and she'd twirl, caught together in an elegant dance falling forever in eternal romance, keeping his gaze on her always. Pulling her toward him while she pulls away not wanting to leave him just needing to play. Terra and Lune, a love in young bloom.

Sol was the oldest and wisest brother and his love for Terra was unlike any other. As he watched her intently his love grew immensely. He wanted to give her a gift that would show that his was the greatest love she could know. So he burned bright, an intense blinding light, filling the air with love, bringing warmth, and giving life so Terra and her children would flourish and thrive. Sol never moved from the spot where he stood, he just burned as bright as any man could.

Today she still dances, the most beautiful sight while the three brothers bathe her in glorious light. Etoile watches from afar lighting her sky with his stars. Lune spins round her more slowly, always just nigh, his soft glow brightening her nighttime sky. Sol in the center keeps them all together. The beautiful Terra captivates all three and they dance together for eternity.
