The Artsy Traveler
My another Micro fiction story with a reality twisted.
Once there was a nice sunny day but breezy in a downtown Chicago.
There were bunched of delicious food, cool clothes, and outrageous entertainment. People laughing, crying and shouting!
Suddenly, there was the young woman, a graduate student- but, She decided to call herself as the traveler. She came for her journey for whole week from the Deep South for seeking a brighter future.
She’s here!
She has just appeared! she was happy!
She took more than thousand steps that she could ever walk through from the airport to road—And so on…
She has been explored many stores from the downtown….
She enjoyed with some food and snacks. She took another walk as her exercise.
on that moment-
The traveler have no idea what she would do next..
She looked at her art book— it appeared that she’s an artist. She dreamed to be an illustrator! She turned her head and saw something who was very special to her — she was about to say it ….
Then——
She wake up …and it was just a dream.
