Short Story
Rainy Days: Nature’s Pause Button
The world is painted in shades of grey and blue on rainy days, which frequently evoke feelings of calm and nostalgia. Everything seems to slow down as raindrops gently tap on windows and rooftops. Even the busiest cities appear a little quieter and more thoughtful during this brief respite from the bustle of everyday life. With a cozy blanket, a warm cup of tea, and possibly a favorite book or movie, many people look forward to rainy days as an opportunity to unwind inside. The steady sound of rain can be soothing, almost like nature’s lullaby. It's a time to relax, think about things, and find solace in the smallest things. However, rain is essential and not just poetic. It nourishes the soil, fills rivers and reservoirs, and sustains crops. Life would not flourish without it. For children, it’s often an excuse to splash through puddles in bright raincoats and rubber boots, turning the dull weather into a playground.

The Human Boundary:
Being a human is the sum of human problems; the moment we put up a human boundary between us and the universe, life becomes a universal struggle. There’s no universe out there; there are no beings living in the universe, for every cell, atom, bone, and flesh are forgotten elements of the universe.

Panic Driven
"You have to get up!" A groan escaped him as he writhed. It took a moment for him to process what Shadow was shouting. "We need to fight back! Upandat'em!"He scrambled to his feet, narrowly avoiding the blast."Fuckin' Hell!" If the creature told him "I told you so" again, he would lose his mind. Whipping around, his eyes squeezed shut, and he threw his hands up defensively. Runes visibly rotated around his hands in a clockwise direction along the edges of the invisible shield. The magik was the only thing standing between him and death.

Fall From Grace
Daniel sat stiffly in the 45th-floor waiting room, fingers tapping nervously against the chair’s armrest. The fluorescent lights buzzed soothingly but did little to settle his nerves. His phone had died, and he stared at the thick fog rolling past the windows. He’d been waiting for what felt like hours, but his mind refused to settle.

Life Born from Death, Etc.
War always led to dire places. Surrounded by destruction, a lone musician, the sole survivor of a once-joyful quintet, played a minor key. From there it developed into a song of longing; for what once was, and for what could’ve been. It could’ve been better. It should’ve been. But humanity could be a real piece of shit sometimes.

How Losing Them Helped Me Find Myself
I thought I had found forever in them. You know how sometimes a person just fits? Like puzzle pieces that finally click together, making you believe that every broken relationship before this one was just a prelude to them. That’s how it felt. Like home. Like safety. Like maybe, just maybe, I didn’t have to keep searching.
