"Purple Hearts" Movie Review: A Fresh Take on the Netflix Romance Genre!!
Purple Hearts, the latest romantic drama on Netflix, has taken the world by storm, becoming one of the most-watched content of the month. Directed by Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum, the movie features Sofia Carson as Cassie Salazar and Nicholas Galitzine as Luke, two individuals from different worlds who enter into a marriage of convenience. Despite its success, the movie has been criticized for its lack of depth in exploring political and ethical differences between the main characters. Cassie and Luke fall in love as they get to know each other better, but their political views are never seriously interrogated and remain unchanged throughout the film. The acting performances have also received mixed reviews, with Chosen Jacobs as Cassie's best friend, Frankie, being praised for his acting range. Ultimately, Purple Hearts is a love story that resonates with viewers who just want to enjoy cute moments between two attractive individuals, but falls short in its representation of controversial issues such as healthcare and political division.

The next flash was sitting on a car's back seat, Robert's storm-coloured coat wrapped around her, and it was nice because the coat smelled like him. Then a dark staircase she climbed with help, or perhaps, was carried upon.
