Generational Walls
If walls could talk, some would tell of the countless generations that passed through their halls, the cry of a newborn, the stampeding of tiny feet, the raucous laughter of family gatherings, or the silent escapades through forbidden windows. Or the battle scars they wore proudly until new mortar and paint altered their appearance to accommodate the changing times. Unfortunately, there aren't always happy moments and celebrations.

God King: Book 1
Chapter One At almost six feet, brown skinned, straight nosed, long black and gold dread locs and sixteen year old Zahair Nzama and his best friend Emeil sit cross legged under a tree on Zahair’s family estate playing marbles and chatting. They both live in Kingdom 3, a Kingdom that hasn’t seen a proper King in at least five years. They were under threat of being overthrown and losing their Kingdom to simply become inhabitants of another Kingdom, succumbing to their rules and ways of life. Zahair’s family estate was vast with flourishing land and cattle. They earned their money through selling or trading cattle. Both Emeil and Zahair live on separate family estates but spent most of their time together. So it was pretty common for Emeil to be hanging out with Zahair as he completed chores. Zahair developed a bond with Emeil when Emeil's parents passed away a few years ago. They became a sort of family with Emeil's grandparents and Zahair's parents.

Meet Cute Review!!
The allure of movie meet-cutes is undeniable. These charming and captivating moments, often marked by a promise of something special, pull us in and make us invested in the characters' relationships. However, not all meet-cutes live up to their potential. Even the most memorable encounters can fall flat if the rest of the story fails to match the initial excitement. But, with her anthology film "Meet Cute," first-time filmmaker Deepthi Ghanta avoids this pitfall.

After Ever Happy’ Review!!
The English language has developed phrases like "blah blah blah" and "yada yada yada" to allow us to skip through dull, repetitive explanations in conversation. Unfortunately, no such shorthand exists in the "After" movie series. The fourth installment continues to follow the tired romance between Tessa and Hardin, the most uninteresting couple in YA fiction. The second and third movies were uneventful and the latest episode, "After Ever Happy," is no exception, building towards an eye-rolling "to be continued."

Wedding Season Review!!
Wedding Season is a Netflix original rom-com set in the Indian American community of Newark, New Jersey. It has a blend of cliches and a set design that is between serviceable and cheap, with acting that is either solid or bordering on parody. The film takes familiar tropes and rearranges them for easy viewing, depicting a US community with enough familiarity to feel respectful but enough lightheartedness and romance to appeal to a global audience. Despite its predictable elements, it is a fun watch, with its entertainment value relying more on its ability to engage the viewer emotionally than on its thought-provoking or emotional impact.
