Typical Day on a Boat
To get out to the wreck nearest our county, a boat must travel at least an hour and a half. We wanted to get past the West Florida Shelf toward the deeper water in the escarpment area. There are many areas with wrecks, man-made reefs, and even a WWII ship out there, great havens for tons of fish. These areas are about 2800’ deep, and that’s where the more decent dinner fish are- grouper, amberjack, mackerel, and dolphinfish (also called mahi mahi). I joked that I’m only there to catch the bait fish.

While the kingdom’s nobility and its subjects looked at this as something positive — some as a sign of relief that no factions were atop factions ruling the kingdom, others as the lie — there most likely was very rich tension behind this facade. Williams appeared to be obedient more so when claiming to be a good son ready to follow his father’s instructions. However, in the actual context, there laid even more severe plan of action. Henry, who was the king’s chief council of advise, was plotting a coup by influencing both Frederic and Williams. Henry of Essendor devised the strategy that entailed establishment of a royal guard which would be disheartened so that they could not thwart the coup when it would be implemented. This was the ideal time to stage the affair during a private dinner in honor of Williams’ homecoming; the only guests were immediate family and a few strategic lords. Just when Frederic planned to address the issue of reconciliation, Williams’ signalled his men to physically ejection all the loyalist out of the room. Williams then confronted his father and speaking no word of temperance ruthlessly shot him dead to gain a shot at the throne. When Frederic was no longer alive, Williams quickly neutralized all possible competition and took the power in the palace into his hands. He quickly took the reign and legitimise the change of power to the court. His assured tones made the people in the room feel the tension.
