One day I learned how soy sauce was produced using Aspergillus oryzae molds and thought to myself of a great way I could produce for society, I called a soy sauce company and asked to volunteer for a day in their factory to assist with the process. They said no. I then told them I have Asperger’s and I really want to help so they told me it’s fine I can come. I went to the factory and was guided into the storage facility where I then jumped in the mixture to begin fermenting the soy sauce and for some reason I was pulled up with security escorting me out of the building.
