Her tears stream and blend with raindrops, thunder and the roar of traffic doesn’t distract her from the conversation of the night before, spent in the arms of a man who isn’t hers.

She recalls their parting words:

“I can’t be yours, if you aren’t fully mine” she starts to cry, he grabs her, she pulls away.

"Just enjoy the moment, the fantasy,” he says.

“It just hurts too much” she leaves at that… some stories don’t have a happy ending, they just end…scars remain, questions unanswered, she walks in the rain.
