In Newark, Delaware, Kaxton Seale, lifted up his sweat-drenched head. He finished his plans for making a private roadway system. And no, the roads didn’t go to dead ends. He knew those nonsensical ideals would fade from the minds of the populace. He started on Pleasant Valley Road in his hometown. It branched out across the state then the country and all of North America.

He instituted a way for vehicles to use a tracking device to pay for their way on his road system. He achieved this after twenty years of research.

“Ha!” He basked in it all day.
