Nadine beamed after speaking with Jordan.
Then, there was a knock.
She opened the door. Oblivious.
A tall and athletic man, disguised with a ski mask, immediately grabbed her.
"Your valuables!" He demanded. His voice was deep, robotic; camouflaged.
Nadine's heart pounded; necrotized with fear. She stepped backward; her mind racing. Her two-carat ring...
she had to get upstairs.
He pushed her. She fell. Pathetic.
"Please!"
But he did not stop. He lifted his hand.
"Pineapple!"
Jordan unmasked himself, lifted her up, and embraced her with a hungerful, passionate kiss.
There were twinkling eyes.
Then together, they raced upstairs.

"Pineapple" is their safe word, for anyone who is confused 😅
LOL, sorry I'm just getting to comment now! I read this right away and several times since, and love it every time :) It's so funny that pineapple is also a safe word in another series I've read. The author had all kind of pineapple merch. Maybe you should get some pineapple bling? Such a clever take on the challenge :)
It took me a moment to realise it was their safe word. Before the epiphany, I thought she was a Psychiatrist who had hypnotised Jordan as treatment for his Multiple Personality Disorder or Dissociative Identity Disorder and Pineapple was supposed to bring him back to his main identity. But then the kissing and racing upstairs didn't make sense. And that's when Epiphany hit me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol. Nicely done.
Haha, what a tasty safe word that probably incites hunger. But not until we are done upstairs. 😂😎 Great read, Gina.
Haha,I got it before I read your comment below. Good spin, I wish I’d thought of this!
Nice acting 🎭I figured after I heard “pineapple” 🍍because it usually is the safe word 💬😆😉
Lol 😝
"Pineapple" is their safe word, for anyone who is confused 😅
ffs haha I've never used that as asafe word but if works it works! nice job, dreamer!
Oh my, Sweet Pineapples 😎
Nothing like a pineapple nice one Gina 😊
Our page a day calendar had for last Friday, "Turns out 'harder' is a terrible safe word." 'Pineapple' I'm sure works better.
Why does this remind me of one of Kevin Hart's comedy specials?
Super!!! Love this!!!💖💖💕
