Persephone stood up and walked to the window. " I would be honored."

Hector rose and clapped his huge hands together. "Wonderful!" Let us show you your rooms."

They stepped over to the door. It was quite wide and made of a beautiful wood, carved with birds, trees, planets, and in the middle was a sort of medallion with nothing inside.

Hector waved his hand over it and as they watched, Persephone's name was carved inside. "Now you wave your hand just like I did." He said.

When she did, there was a click, and the door slid out of the way and out of view. Beyond it was a hallway of many colors that curved a bit to the right. As they started to walk through it, the colors lit up bright like lights announcing their steps.

Another door was at the other end of the hall and this one opened up automatically.

Persephone walked in first .The room was larger than she had thought it might be. It had rounded corners, the floor was made of shining wood with warmth emanating from it, and in the center of the room was a sunken seating area, round, with a firetable in the center, just like the one they were sitting at.

The couch of this one was soft, off white fleece, had satiny pillows of green, purple, and blue, of all different sizes, and a few blankets of faux fur draped about.

Percy h0pped out of Persephone's pocket and ran over to one of the pillows and quickly went back to napping his large breakfast fog off of his mind.

Standing behind that area, was a woman. Persephone did not notice her upon their entry to the room, yet here she was.

"Persephone, say hello to Miss Mae. She is your personal concierge. If there is anything you require, ask. She will make sure you are well taken care of, on time for lessons, and pick up after you. She will be your friend, your confidant, and appear when you call her name."

"Is she real?", Persephone whispered.

"Yes." Hector replied, chuckling. "Miss Mae has been my companion for many years now. Together we have mastered many skills, one of them being transmigration, which enables us to instantly be somewhere else."

"Hello Miss Mae. I am very happy to meet you."

"Hello Persepone. I am very happy to meet you as well! We were all very excited when you came aboard and could not be happier that you have chosen to stay here with us and learn."

"We are going to leave you two to it. Relax Persephone, take it all in, for tomorrow the greatest journey you have ever had so far will begin!"

Alfonso and Hector left her rooms and the door swished shut behind them.

Miss Mae said, "Would you like to see your personal quarters?"

Persephone walked over to the door in the room and it opened for her at once. She walked in, her jaw hanging open. Miss Mae hung back at the door and watched her with a smile on her beautiful round face.

The first thing she noticed was a window that looked out upon a similar scene as the one in the Engine. The swirling colors were soft and relaxing, and she looked forward to gazing at them while falling asleep.

Across from the window was the bed. It was huge! The covers were a soft denim blue and the pillows were made of green velvet. The headboard was tall and carved from a dark, oily wood. In the middle was her name. Tears came to her eyes at the wonder, and the gratitude for all that was being gifted to her.

There was also a little seating area next to the window, with a large, overstuffed chair. Behind that was a bookshelf with all of her favorites that she had read bits and pieces of whenever she could sneak into a library. She could feel the joy welling up inside of her.

The door on the right of the bed led to the closet. It was filled with clothes! Persephone had never seen so many in one place! And to the right of the door leading in was an opening that led to the rest room.

Inside, there was a large soaking tub, a separate shower, a commode, and sink. The floor and walls were covered in green and blue tiles, which made it seem like it was underwater. She loved it. Another door led her back to the main room.

When she walked through it, Miss Mae was there. "What do you think? Are there any changes you would like to make?"

"Oh Miss Mae, I love it! How did you know about the books?"

"I picked them right out of your head!" She laughed at the look of alarm on Persephone's face. Her laugh was warm, inviting, and made those who heard it laugh along."Not to worry. You will learn."

Persephone smiled. All of a sudden, a bell rang. "Dinner is here" Miss Mae announced.

In came the server from the dining car with a trolley full of trays. Miss Mae directed him to the dining table in front of the bookcase where he set the service up.

Persephone woke up Percy. " Dinnertime."

Percy rubbed his sleep eyes. "Where are we."

"Our new home", Perspehone replied.
