In 2023, NASA is set to launch several new missions that will continue to push the limits of our knowledge of the universe.

The spacecraft will use a wide-field infrared camera to survey the sky, mapping the distribution of galaxies and studying the effects of dark energy on the expansion of the universe.

The WFIRST mission is being led by NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, with support from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The mission will provide new insights into the nature of dark matter and dark energy, which make up over 95% of the universe.

In addition to these missions, NASA is also planning several other important space exploration projects. The agency is currently developing the Artemis program, which aims to return humans to the moon by 2024. The program will establish a sustainable presence on the moon, with the goal of eventually sending humans to Mars.

NASA is also planning to launch the James Webb Space Telescope in 2021, which will be the largest and most powerful space telescope ever built. The telescope will study the early universe, search for new exoplanets, and provide new insights into the formation of galaxies and stars.
