There was once was a family that lived near the shoreline. Everyday they would come out onto the beach, to pick up trash, kids picking up sea shells, the dog would run onto the beach. Everyday was like every other day when it comes to the ocean and for this family. Only if they knew what was really going on in that ocean of theirs.

This was the only family that lived on the beach for a good 15 miles. They came out everyday to do their activities. This family of four including a pet dog would run and play enjoying everyday. You have a brother that liked to throw his football on the beach with dad. You have his little sister making sandcastles and cleaning the seashells she find.

One day the family woke up late one particular day. Something was off with the ocean and the shoreline. When they came outside to enjoy their day like any other, they seen it was really dark and cloudy on top of the ocean. They still played and played like nothing was wrong, little did they know everything was going to change for the worse.

The little girl went into the water to clean her shells off. Her mother was on the beach looking at her. Young girl was cleaning everything and she probably was a good 10ft from shore. Something grabbed the little girl, wrapped their hands around legs and twisting her to point where she couldn't stay above the water. She screamed once and no one heard anything else.

Her mother seen her go down but before she could go into the water to see if her daughter is safe. She seen this long scale like water reptile rise above the water with her daughter in its grasps. The creature was really big and and scary. She screamed for her husband to come help, HELP!! HELP!

When he finally got to the shore, he ran all the way in the water. He thought he could save his daughter. The monster threw the little girl in the air and swallowed her whole. Parents seen everything and both of them went into the water but nothing good came from it. The monster dived down real deep then shot up out the water in a burst of speed.

First he took the mother, swallowed and ate parts of her but left the rest of her in the water. Blood flowing into the water, changing everything. Father tried to swim back to shore for his son but as soon as he got to the shore, the monster drug him back into water. The creature dived and dived until no one can see it or the Father. He drowned the whole family except for the son and dog. Son seen everything and wouldn't go near any water for many years to come.

To this day he doesn't know what all happen years back. He know he seen something but he couldn't really prove it, everyone thought he was delusional or crazy. He knew he wasn't crazy. He came back to where he moved from. Everything was different, his old house was gone and no one out there.

He went around the spot his family disappeared and nothing was out there. He took his shoes off, trekked down the beach to the shoreline. Something felt off to him as he got closer and closer to the water. He still went and put his feet in the water.

As he walk in the ocean it keeps getting deep and deeper. He doesn't see anything around him or underneath him. Out of nowhere something grabbed him around his leg and dragged him underneath. Then he seen the monster for his true form and instantly regretted getting into the water. The monster held onto his leg but was eating him from the head down and wouldn't let go. He ate the man whole and to come to find out he finally finished the entire family.
