Obviously Mr.Brown had much more to brood and pout about than Flex but both men decided to remain bitter and wallow away in their underground Mansion.

Across the street from them was the newly developed police house. Mr. brown's particularly designed home was not noticable to His neighbors. His home appeared to be an abandon construction project. The unfinished home only had a hidden staircase leading very low below the ground. Really really deep down there was an underground bunker that had housed the fancy college phenom throughout a humongously large, and unheard of rise to fame. Followed by an even larger decline.

As earl Sierra, Evelyn and Davis settled in for their second night at the police academy house;

Mr.Brown sat in the basement of his home.

His skin was still youthful and features sharp despite his party animal habits. Mr. Brown thought back for a second, thinking about his time as Mr. Brown the phenom quarterback.

He imagined himself back on the field, wearing his jersey hearing the crowd cheer. He remembered it like it was yesterday the feeling of being on top of the world.

But it was not just yesterday.

It was many years ago and time waits for no man.

Mr. Brown stumbled over to the bar in his home. Mr.Brown had been dealing with a broken heart over football for years. Unfortunately for Mr. Brown time alone was not healing his wound. Mr. Brown was definitely experiencing VERY dark times.

Even though he once was a king and almost worshipped as a God, now he was a nobody.

Mr. Brown felt as if he could not out- run the rain cloud that had been following him around for years.

Mr. Brown stumbled off to bed. Hoping to dream of his glory days.

The next morning at the police Academy the instructors felt excited for the day ahead.

Xander who on paper and in appearance; the top huncho of the Cauztown Police Academy located in the state of Betsy. but Xander was in reality the least effective executive member.

He started the morning meeting and then quickly told Max to take over.

Max who was on paper third in command at the Cauztown Police Academy located in the state of Betsy, was the most competent member of the Police Academy leadership.

Luckily for Xander, who lacked the ability to execute consistently himself, he had mastered the art of delegating.

Xander always had an individual to blame and take the fall for any of his personal failings and shortcomings. Simultaneously Xander always had a capable individual of whom he would steal and take credit for thier Ideas and accomplishments.

Gren who was second in command and much more competent than Xander was Xander's fall person.

Because of Gren's superior intellect she was well aware of how Xander operated. She made a point to keep the department and Xander under her strict influence. Since she was aware that ultimately she would indeed be responsible for any failings of the department.

Xander utilized Max and Serto to steal and take credit from.

Serto was last in command but the tallest, strongest, loudest and most dramatic out of all the others.

Together those four were responsible for keeping all of Cauztown safe.

Now from the outside looking in Max, Xander, Gren, and Serto were only average individuals protecting an average town.

One might assume the usual mundane small town task ahead of these four.

But look a little deeper and you may see a lot more at play than meets the eye at first glance.

To start the police academy only took candidates every three years.

The training program took three years to complete.

The town of Cauztown was policed exclusively by graduates of the acedemy.

Some graduates also went outside of town with their credentials.

The town itself: Cauztown had intriguing origins down to it's very name.

The town's original name means S

sacrifice to the Dragon God, named long ago by the warrior natives of the land.

In modern days there was the emergence of Eligor, the real estate tycoon, taking a keen interest in the town.

So keen in fact that he began purchasing millions of dollars of land and property in the town.

The state of Betsy itself was both quaint and bustling at the same time.

Betsy University was a sports mecca and had a history of athletic accomplishment that was rivaled by no other University.

Betsy University had often been referred to as the greatest underdog in college football.

Betsy University's football team didn't always get the best recruits and they don't have the year after year success that other colleges have achieved.

But at Betsy University especially the football program when they are good they are great. The whole athletic team has years of underdog greatness.

There have almost been too many all time greats to name that have been associated with complete domination.

The top names that come to mind are Gretchen and Georgina as the Betsy lady birds girl's basketball team won the championship in a amazing season.

The most recent phenom to come through Betsy University amazing quarterback turned party boy sensation Mr. Brown.

Mr. Brown, Mr. Football, Mr. Brown equals touchdown, was one of the most amazing players ever.

That guy brought three years of jaw dropping, record breaking football that brought pandemonium like the world had never seen.

But just like Mr. Football, Betsy University had a way of ebbing and flowing and then slowing all the way down.

It seemed like every three or six or even nine years around Betsy there would be another amazing run that would make the small relaxing quaint way of life move over for the bustling buzz that comes with success and fans.
