The shop with the faded awning is a treasure trove of memories that no longer belong to anyone. Idle feet walk in and out again. Idle hands brush dated trinkets before withdrawing. But the quiet shop is never quiet.

A teacup in a rosebud pattern whispers of teddy bear tea parties in a garden. A vintage ring hints at a clandestine love affair. A mirror in the back holds the secret to a murder never solved. The proprietor brushes the dust motes to the floor with an absent smile never knowing that the mirror would tell if only it could.
