Merlin’s Doggo

There once was a beast who was frail, laid below the storm

as it pelted his brown pelt with icy hail.

His watery beads lost hope to prevail

halted a bearded man, amidst his pensive march down the same trail.

Glanced at the pup he did for diagnosis,

for this man was no drifter but a spell master and maker of potions.

The pup was gravely Ill.

Out of his blue coat he took out a vial

and fed the hound a swig

The dog was brought back to vigour,

jumped for joy at the man’s feet.
