I was nervous about the date. I met him online. I put on lipstick. I didn’t like the color. I changed colors. I was now wearing crimson red. I drove to the restaurant. I found the table we reserved. The date went well. I brought him back home. Jim looked around. “Who are all these other men?” He asked. “My other husbands. Welcome to the clan. We can get married tomorrow,” I said. He tried to leave, but the door was locked. “Don’t worry, Jim, you’ll get used to it,” one of my husbands said.
