This is a true story, but you won't believe it's true.
I don't know anyone who believes that a lamppost can talk.
It happened to me, I swear!
I was walking with my dog down Walker Street when he stopped suddenly and he wouldn't move. He was barking and growling like he had seen something really evil. I heard the words,
"Sit down boy!"
I thought I was hallucinating, but my dog sat down.
I turned around, and I heard,
"Are you alright love!"
I was standing in front of the lamppost.
The lamppost had lips, and it was talking!
