From Russia and Ukraine, and the attacks on US bases in Kuwait and the continued fighting between Israel and Hamas, to the strait of Hormuz, it is quite apparent that kindness and peace is out of season.

Russia and Ukraine

Let's examine this for a moment. Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, to overthrow Ukraine's government, stop its shift toward the West and reassert Russian control.

Putin demanded that Ukraine never join Nato, and he viewed a Western -aligned Ukraine as a direct security threat to Russia.

No Kindness there or Intention to Stop the Violence

Israel and Hamas

Following a Hamas led attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, the two have been fighting on and off since then. As of September 2026, the conflict has spanned roughly two years and 11 months.

No Kindness there or Intention to Stop the Violence

US and Iran and the US and Israel

Early on February 28, 2026, the US and Israel carried out hundreds of air strikes across Iran. The reason stated, stalled nuclear talks, regional proxy groups, shipping threats, and regime disruption.

No Kindness there or Intention to Stop The Violence

There seems to be no season to be the right season, to Stop The Violence.

An Iranian drone struck the base in Kuwait and killed six US Servicemen. And an additional 18 serviceman were wounded in the same attack.

That Proved that Kindness and Violence Was Out of Season

The attacks on Jordon and US servicemen stationed there, resulted in multiple service members being killed and injured.

That Proved that Kindness and Violence Was Out of Season

The Strait of Hormuz had always been a source of conflict. The Strait of Hormuz is a vital, narrow waterway that connects the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman and the open ocean. It is a vital shipping lane and Iran wants to charge a toll to enter and leave, even though it is international waters. There has been continual friction and fighting about the mining and passage through the Strait of Hormuz. The United States even blockaded the Strait of Hormuz, not letting the ships that were sympathetic of the plight of Iran through. An average of twenty million barrels of crude petroleum and oil passed through the Strait of Hormuz passed through the Strait of Hormuz each day prior to conflict in early 2026.

Apparently they had not heard that Kindness and Violence were Out Of Season!!!!

As the tensions in the Middle East continue, it is apparent that KINDNESS AND VIOLENCE IS OUT OF SEASON!!!!

I always taught children, and I had two boys, "That Kindness doesn't cost you very much and smiles were free." I even took them to the local mall, and conducted an experiment, "I told my children while walking down the mall, "Smile and see how many people smile back at you. Surprisingly, 98% smiled back at them.

However, that was then, when they were little boys, back in the eighties, and it is a very different world today.

At one point, and he was a very good manager, and he had a customer complaint of how a cashier talked to her in front of her children. He counseled her, "My mother always told me "Kindness doesn't cost you very much, and Smile free, so why not give them away."

I guess he was listening!!!!

I will end this article like I do a lot of my articles, except for competitions, however it seems like it is appropriate today.

Please Pray for Peace

Please Stop The Violence

Please Be Kind to One Another - It's Still The Best Feeling Around!!!!!
