Karma's Snowfall

A snowstorm painted the streets in New York City like a pristine white blanket, breaking a 701-day snow drought. For Anton, the day had unfolded in a whirlwind. A crucial doctor's appointment loomed, with biopsy results hanging in the balance.

The night before, nerves played havoc with his sleep, leading him to oversleep. Luckily, he woke up to the blaring siren of an ambulance outside his apartment. Anton took the quickest shower on record. Anton opted for public transit, even though he would surely miss the bus that ran on a 30-minute schedule. As Anton dashed downstairs, he learned the bus was running late due to the driver's struggle with icy windshield wipers.

The bus driver waved off the fare due to the delay of his schedule. Sadly, Anton arrived at the doctor's office 42 minutes late. Miraculously, fate smiled upon him—the doctor's car had succumbed to the snow and was running late.

As the doctor began explaining the results, Anton looked at her with intense fear. After about 5 minutes of deliberation, Dr. Seldon delivered news of a benign biopsy.

The seemingly disastrous day he had turned into a stroke of luck. Reflecting on the rollercoaster set of events, Anton remembered his late mom, Patricia, saying that on snowy days, positive karma always washes away the bad karma!

With gratitude in his heart, Anton marveled at the mysterious workings of fate. A day of extreme chaos had ended with a fortunate twist of good luck.
