A wealthy businessman named Jack decided to take a much-needed vacation on a tropical island. He was looking forward to relaxing on the beach, sipping tropical drinks, and getting away from the stresses of the business world.

But little did he know, his vacation was about to take a turn for the unexpected.

As Jack boarded his plane, he couldn't help but notice the young, bohemian-looking artist sitting next to him. She looked as if she had lived in the rainforest her whole life, with her cargo pants, messy hair, glasses, and a tie-dye shirt that read “tree-hugger.” Her name was Sophie, and she was on her way to the island to see the beautiful views for herself, where she planned to paint the most beautiful island anyone had ever seen, and motivate people to save the Koalas near her home. Jack could not help but roll his eyes and think, "Great, just my luck, sitting next to a weird hippie."

The two of them couldn't have been more different. Jack was all about structure and routine, while Sophie was all about living in the moment and embracing her free spirit. Jack wanted a much quieter vacation, using his time to chill on the beach and drink. Sophie on the other hand was a bit… different.

“Look at that cloud!” She exclaimed, grabbing the sleeping businessman by the arm, awakening him from his nap for the fourth time that flight.

“It’s just another cloud,” Jack said, wondering why this girl was so weird, and what made her so excited about seeing a cloud.

As the plane flew over the island, it suddenly experienced mechanical issues and crash-landed on a deserted beach. The plane carried 62 people including the pilot, and all were dead except for Jack, Sophia, and some cranky old man, who refused to get out of his seat even after the crash.

Leaving him behind, the wealthy businessman and artist quickly thought of what will lie ahead.

Jack had a hard time coming to terms with the fact that his "vacation" had turned into "Survivor: Businessman and hippie addition," while Sophie couldn't believe she had to survive without her daily latte.

As they surveyed their surroundings, they realized they were going to have to work together if they wanted to survive.

Jack took charge and set up a shelter while Sophie scoured the beach for food and resources. And as they worked together, they began to realize that they had more in common than they thought.

Jack couldn't help but be impressed by Sophie's resourcefulness and creativity, while Sophie was fascinated by Jack's intelligence and business acumen. They started to form an unlikely friendship and before they knew it, they were laughing and joking like old friends.

Jack refused to believe that he and this girl, who he first thought was a hippie, were connecting. He didn’t want to think that he was forming a friendship with her. But he couldn’t hide from it.

The following day, while exploring the island, they stumbled upon a hidden cave filled with ancient treasures. Sophie immediately wanted to call for rescue and share the treasure with the world, but Jack convinced her to keep it a secret and enjoy it for themselves. Sophie agreed, but only if they could call it the "Unicorn Island Treasure Trove."

They spent the next few days exploring the cave, taking turns as the tour guide, and laughing at each other's bad jokes. Jack couldn't stop making puns about the "treasure trove" and Sophie couldn't stop making jokes about Jack's "business acumen" in a cave.

4 and a half days later, a rescue team found them and they were able to return to civilization. The rescue team was surprised to see the 2 stragglers smiling and waving as the plane landed on the island.

The flight home was a blast for the 2, both laughing and sharing stories together. When they arrived back in their hometown, they exchanged numbers, agreeing to meet again soon.

The entire time he was there, Jack hadn’t thought about his original plans of chilling with a drink at the beach. Sophie didn’t even touch a single one of her paintbrushes. Yet, they both described the trip as “The best thing that could’ve ever happened.”
