I was sitting on a wooden bench in the park, under the shady tree, the sky was yellow. It was afternoon, in the moderate weather of March. The kids were playing football. I was waiting for my friend.

I was tired as I came directly from the office to meet him. He called me yesterday in a very captivating and wholesome mood.

“Hey Biashi! I want to meet you tomorrow in the park,” he said.

‘Tomorrow, I am occupied with the meeting,” I apologized.

“No no no, I will see you in the park tomorrow at 3 O'clock noon,” he replied.

“Hey, I cannot…” I was about to decline his offer, but he hung up the phone.

Unwantedly, I excused my clients for the cancellation of the meeting and went to the park.

He entered the park gate with a smile, drenched into the imagination, bumped into a telephone pole.

As I told you, he's my best friend and wasn't seriously injured, so rather than offering help, I found myself laughing. He rubbed his head and came towards me.

“You know why I called you here today?” he said excitedly.

“Nope, I don't, but I do know that I canceled a meeting and came here just to talk to you, so in this way your words should be extremely meaningful to me; otherwise, you know the consequences,” I replied.

“Chill man! I know. I don't know about you, but for me, those words are more important than the entire world's meeting, more meaningful than any fiction book you read, more glorious than the sun, more soothing than the full moon night,” he said.

“Now tell me what you want to say. I am in suspense now,” I replied.

“No no, patience is a virtue, let's eat some food. I am hungry,” he said.

We went to the coffee shop, he ordered 2 burgers and 2 cold drinks. He was smiling all the time while eating a burger, as if the burger was his worst enemy who is dead now.

‘’Eat comfortably, idiot,’’ I said.

‘’I am paying for it, so st*u,” he replied.

We finished lunch and went outside.

Again, he bumped into a pole.

“You are such a fool!” I said.

“It's better to say yes I am than explaining this moment to a person who has not fallen in love yet,” he replied.

“Ohhhhhhhh….. My brada is lawar now,” I said sardonically by making cringe faces.

I sat on a bench again while he took a seat on the armrest.

‘’Biashi, you know what I wanted to say?’’ He questioned.

‘’Just spit it out, what do you want to say,’’ I said.

He put his head forward towards my ear and whispered ‘’ She said I love you and want to go on a date with me.’’

‘’Congratulations and best of love for your relationship. I am happy for you because you are happy.’’I replied.

My words made him so happy that he laughed, tapped my shoulder and said ‘’Thank you as*hole.’’

‘’Biashi, Now I am feeling good, I should leave now,’’ He said.

‘’As you wish Mr. lova lova,’’ I replied.

‘’This is the only teasing of yours that I like,’’ He said with a smile.

‘’’Fu*k off, and go home, I am also going home to get some sleep,’’ I said.

Then we left for home, tucking hands into each other's shoulders.
