To whom it may or may not concern,

What if tomorrow never comes? It was all worth nothing. All of those things you didn’t do, places you didn’t go, the people you lost. It all means nothing. And what held you back? That’s right, yourself. Hurts right? I mean, who can you really blame for the things you do and don’t do. As much as you want to blame time, place, people, objects, money, motivation, etc. You run away from the real problem. Yourself. You didn’t do it, and it’s that simple. You lost.

You’re either annoyed, skeptical or anxious now. You did that. You’re the only one who is yourself, remember?

Rattled yet? Still reading? I hope so! We’re going to be truthful with ourselves for the remainder of this.

Life has the potential to become a wave of crushing realizations. And you may find yourself trapped. Trapped looking at yourself ignore reality. Or, maybe, you acknowledge that there’s a problem but don’t want to look the beast in the eyes.

What if you are fighting to defeat that burden of an obstacle? Well then, good for you. How many other people are you encouraging to do the same? Are you stuck with how to communicate a prevalence you’re having to others? Are you looking/questioning problems correctly? Are you ignoring them? Are the distractions working? Is the silence louder than you expected? Is hesitation the reason why you seem to be so far behind? Do you see the spiral we just went on? That’s circling anxiety. Hurry Up & Wait will show you how to utilize information, lessons, signs and tactics to engage inward. It may not be immediate, the dawning message, but it's worth the wait. We’re leaving all that bullshit on the road where it belongs. We might be here, again and again, for a while.

What’s the contrast between information, facts and assumptions? Justification. And what does truthful, conscious and unconscious scavenging towards logical evidence do? Break you free. By now you should notice I'm keeping you in some sort of box that you can’t quiet see as profoundly as I can. But trust me, if you run far enough you’ll hit that invisible wall. That’s your field of view. The information you’ve captured in this ‘freedom’ of life you participate in. The more you get, the bigger your box becomes.

You know that feeling of feeling so microscopic? Hurtling into the fetal position to shoo away that static shock, gut wrenching, falling sensation that plaques your wakened states of mind? It may not be daily, the waves wane and also wake. There’re ways to escape that suffocation. Well, to be truthful, everything doesn’t work for everyone. Use the following as necessary;

“The time will pass anyways, might as well do something with it.” A quote I heard from my aunt in law. Previously spoken to her by her teenage daughter. What did she mean by time? How superficial should I take that word? Why can’t she replace it with another word? Days? Weeks? Seasons? But they all have the same relation, they’re measured in time. The information behind that is more intense. Exclude what you would think if you were you. Clamored with precautions that don’t allow you to clearly see the benefit of that simple statement. Rid yourself of all anxieties, worries, double guessing, imaginative restraints and you could transform immediately. You know it.

“It will only last so long.” OH how this hits home. After the fact that I dawned on a looping sensation, a degree of trauma for an unpredictable amount of time, something that needed repetitious patience and reduction. And here this is, just telling me to wait it out, like it's that simple. F*ck you. You’re absolutely correct but I did not have the immediate patience at the moment of reckoning. Or long after. But you and I should always know: it will be alright. Everything will be. It does only last so long but from here to then is a hell. It’s normal.

Are you actually harmless? Remember when I said you might be in the presence of the beast but lack the strength to look it in its eyes? (Well, I said it a little less sophisticated than that, but you know what I mean.) Look yourself in the face and try to convince yourself that you could do no harm. Go head. Try it out and tell me how that goes. I hope you feel discouraged trying to actually believe it. (Unless you’re a sociopath then you really think you’re not and your arrangement of DNA and chemicals are in a dangerous firing sequence.)

Nevertheless, anything that’s ever been done horribly outside of the flow of mother nature has been the work of human beings. Experienced by organic matter fighting to survive in the conditions it spawned within. Now, you’re a human being, you’re part of this family. You’re not harmless, you’re capable of everything anyone else is capable of (to a degree obviously). This is a horrible realization when you think of your long and short comings as your consequences. Your failures and triumphs are as well. And, you should really ponder this, other humans (excluding nature) are on the opposing side of this seesaw we call reality. Consciousness works both realms of heaven and hell, ups and downs. Do you think they think they’re harmless too? Wouldn’t that be a terrifying thing to accept? If you only look straight without adjusting your vision, you’ll see only what you choose to. When you feel the rocks grind against your planted feet, you may drag yourself through a rock bottom like stage, heading for anywhere but here. As you plant new seeds, climb new heights, water dry lands, you'll come to an experience as awaking and frightening as peering on the cliff of your mountain of potential. You can see everything beautifully. Just remember, even in this face of victory, your trudging scale, as your backs turned from the path you started, the clearest and most fragile side of you is exposed. Stay vigilant.

Self-established dialogue, powerlessness of unconscious guidance and skepticism has the ability to answer most of your questions. It has the power to create a problem solving being. Allowing yourself the comfort of independence in or outside of the glory of society. Becoming as complete as you can be may seen as a threat to others. Even if they don’t share your found holiness, interest for a piece of mind or a way of living (that's obviously not tyrannical) you should caution yourself but never cease your journey. You understand what fear does to people.

All of these patches of information should sit at the top of a “Remember daily” list. Ideals that should be part of your constant exposure therapy. Before we go onto the second subject, dieting is way more than what and how you eat. It’s about ingestion, absorption, release. Factor in emotions, activities, attitude, happiness, patience, comfort, scorns, battles, ignorance, helplessness, security, hydration, education, fuel and self-observed truthfulness. But that’s my time, for now.

Sincerely yours,

Us. More importantly, you.

PS: Repeat as needed.

PPS: I hope you make it out.

PPPS: Information, lessons, signs and execution? I felt as though tactics was a flimsy word. I didn’t feel like going back to change it so surprise. After all this, my last point will stand alone without any further definition. Execute. Get that sh*t handled.
